The host Ardian was the best we ever had the pleasure of dealing with ,we even arrived half an hour early,he went above and beyond to make our stay special even giving us easter eggs for our son and daughter.we are already looking forward to our next visit here thankyou so much for making our sons 2nd birthday that more special ,beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean,great communication
Nothing other than the fact we had to leave at the end of our stay

Well designed appartment converted from the upstairs and loft of a semi detatched house. Very clean and light. Well equipped kitchen. Very lovely upstairs room under the eaves. Adaptable - bedding for second bed which is the sofa bed in the living area. Nice warm shower
It was all nice. If you were wanting to add anything for future guests it could be e.g. some dim lighting/standalone lamps for the evening / as a bedside light for the living area bed- the living space lights are nice but v bright.

Nice well-equipped modern flat, very comfortable!
Little problem with the door lock, but staff were on the case pronto and it wasn't a problem in the end.

The location was outstanding, the property itself was very well maintained. Everything was cleaned and organised. I liked it so muchđź‘Ť
As it was really cold and we were with very young kids the main issue that disturbed us was heating system. It seemed that it was automatically set up because it turned on only for an hour or two and then the whole time was without heating and I was scared of my young 5 months old because her face was cold throughout the night because it was outside the duvet
