A very nicely decorated, comfortable hotel near to a cable car

-The room was fabulous -Kettle in the room -The bed and bedding super comfortable -Good pressure in the shower (hand held shower head) -Large balcony withs view and sun loungers -Sauna was good

-No fridge in the room (but as it was winter I left my stuff on the balcony) -The pool area is very small and noisy with kids -Dinner included in the price was absolutely terrible (ate only the buffet stuff as the main was not edible)

Miserable and expensive.

hotel is closing in March '26. new owners do not care about people who have made a booking or their staff. very poor service at extortionate prices. Literally they do not care and that was clear everywhere in the hotel. the hotel's breakfast is something you would expect in a cheap American Motel, nothing is freshly prepared, everything is processed and tasteless. Sadly the staff have lost the motivation to help or make the experience better for you as they already know they are being made redundant. TERIBBLE.

Miserable. and Expensive

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, there was a sense that something wasn't right. we later found out that the hotel is closing and has made all the staff redundant. they lack motivation and who can blame them. service was terrible.

Lovely stay!

We really appreciated our stay - the room was nice, clean, modern looking. The balcony view was magnificent. Spa area is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was standard, not so many options, but not bad. Staff is friendly and nice.

It was good

Room was good like the photos, cozy. Good location near to everything.

Parking were so full and so tight especially the underground. Breakfast was disappointing we went there and everything was finished and it wasn’t even the time they close, the tables were all unclean.

The hotel is ok but for perfectionist like myself I wouldn’t recommend it

Location is good- staff friendly- breakfast was just very basic - not a big variety- no soya or lactose free products seen -

I did expect the floor to be clean when we checked in- the material is a wood looking material (so dirt is not so visible ) - but the dirt in the corners got never removed- not to mention the staircases inside the building ( which had some kind of a carpet which was really filthy

“Unsafe and Humiliating Stay – No Action Taken Against Aggressive Group

We had a truly worst ever experience as a family of 3 arrived to a hotel reception to take a key and a group of 10 adult man arrived from Netherlands by cars as an organized tour aggressed us brutally. They were against we take a key (though we were there before them and there was only one overwhelmed receptionist). My husband calmly said that we were here already, we just need to take a key as we checked in and they started to shout back aggressively in there language, called him a cowboy for his hat and acted brutally and ugly. We sent a message after entering the room to the hotel team about a situation , they agreed that this is not appropriate but took NO action towards the group, so next day walking to the breakfast my husband was getting again their toxic comments. Looks like a prison image from movies - I do not know if this group came directly from thier with such behavior. We were not comfortable moving around the hotel with a child during our stay, felt unsafe and humiliated. With an understanding that hotel team can not know the culture level of guests arriving, this is absolutely thier responsibility to proactively react at the spot on the agressive behavior, as well as explain the aggressive groups how they shall behave on the management level - as aggressing for no reason a local family with a 3yo is absolutely a no go.

No value for money

The view

The rooms are small , beds are tiny , the bed sheets were very rough , our toilet had no towels , soap ran out after the first wash , no amenities . The hotel is too expensive for the standards it offered !

Short stay in Crans Montana

Location close to resort centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. Pools were lovely with great whirlpool and jacuzzi.

Lovely

I loved everything.

The only thing that was a shame, are the beds I asked for. In the website said 1 big double and I received 2 smalls. Maybe was my fault or I don’t know. I wanted to send a message to be clear with that. And another thing is 1 guy said we can use the spa but next day it was not available (Monday). So I don’t know, next time we will check better that part also. But the experience was so nice and the hotel too anyway.

Superb

Still in the process of the renovation, but everyone is really nice and professional. The rooms are new, the location is perfect, and the view from the room is really something! And the price of course. :)

The only thing I would change is that breakfast is until 10 a.m. and check-out from the hotel until 11 a.m. At 9:50 they are already clearing the table, and the maid enters the room at 10:45... This is not bad, since those are the rules, but it would be ok if we felt a little more relaxed because we are on vacation after all. :)

Nice hotel with great pool

Good sized hotel room with a large pool complex. Higher up in the resort, opposite one of the ski lifts so great for access to slopes and short walk down into the village (but is a steepish up hill walk back!!)

We had to pay for parking and although we were there only one night we had to pay for two days parking which felt unnecessary, it should be a price based on nights stayed.

Great location for ski access, in process of being renovated with fabulous contemporary alpine style

Great location close to gondola station. An old hotel which has had a recent complete makeover by its new owners. Wonderful contemporary alpine styling.

Shame the spa area was mostly closed, only indoor pool open. No sauna, steam room etc. Should be fabulous when this area is renovated too. Was surprised there was no underfloor heating or heated towel rails in bathrooms, given tiled floors a little chilly in winter.

Great value and perfect location

- The staff. Everyone was incredibly nice to you and very attentive. They showed they listened to you and were always with a genuine smile. - The room. The room was perfect, and impeccably clean and the view was simply outstanding. - The bar. The beer was really good (they have their own brew) and there were some performances in the bar during our stay. - The location. It is right next to the ski lift and within walking distance of the center of Montana. - The value. Overall, it was a great hotel to stay in for the price.

- The spa. The feel of the spa is of a public pool instead of a relaxing/wellness area. First, the pool is open to the public, which makes the area quite crowded and noisy. Secondly, there is no real place to relax outside the pool or to place your towels (there was in fact a room/solarium next to the pool, but it was mostly empty since it was too cold). The robes and slippers the hotel provides are very comfortable and of great quality, but I found the spa area doesn't match the feel of the rest of the hotel.
