Good centrally located hotel but dated and noisy.

Central location, close to shopping, restaurants, and lifts. Nice views from either side of the apartment. Polite staff

Breakfast was simple but plentiful. Staff throughout our stay could not do enough to help - Mara & Rui at breakfast; Valeria, Eglee and Kevin in reception and Roman and Emillio on the shuttle bus.

We really love this hotel have just stayed a second time. Compared to other places in Crans Montana, the rooms are very large and the price prices not too high. The View across the Rhone valley is spectacular and on a good day you can see the Matterhorn- I think every room has a view. The sauna steam room and cold plunge pool are all very clean and function perfectly. Both times we stayed here our room had a fully functioning kitchen that you really could cook a meal in if you wanted to. The breakfast was extensive and fresh. The staff were friendly and efficient - we were given a free room upgrade which I really appreciate.

The hotel has a nice location, quite close to the center of Montana, easy access to all but still quiet. We enjoyed very much the shuttles service. The driver is nice and patient.

Everything is extremely old, not in a charming way, just old. The access from underground parking is very confusing, sometimes you cannot open any of the 5 or 6 doors.

we had dinner 4 times in the hotel’s restaurant during our stay and we found the prices to be a bit on the high side, e.g. chf 48 for a Viennese schnietzel ;)

Very good

Beds are good. Bathrooms are good too. The majority of clients come from Kuwait, or other Gulf countries, although the level of luxury is not what one finds in hotels in Dubai. The mothers get together in areas near the Reception in a very friendly atmosphere, while children can play in the pool or in a nearby public playground under the supervision of the Phillippino housemaids. The WiFi is not very strong in all areas, but the Hotel offers many Arab-speaking TV channels. The view from the balconies is quite nice. The food at the restaurant is very good.

The carpet in the rooms looks like if it could be changed. Despite the double-glazed windows you can still hear the bells from the nearby empty christian churches at various times of the day, including the weekends, but this is not the fault of the hotel.
