A great place to spend time with family or friends.

The hosts were very welcoming. We enjoyed the restaurant where we spent the evening. We were allowed to leave our cars in the parking lot for the second day. The hotel has everything you need to relax and enjoy life. The floors are very clean throughout. There is everything you need.

Staff are absolutely lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Good location and had everything we needed.

Only thing we found was that the restaurant was quite expensive and didn’t really have any options suitable for the weather which was absolutely boiling!

Very pleasant to be in Paradise.

Friendly staff. Quality restaurant. If you enjoy deserts - the deconstructed Mousse au Chocolat is the best I have ever had.

The pillows are a bit "over-used" and in need of a rotation. A bit too lumpy. Feather pillows as a selection would be excellent.

Nothing. Kettle in the room a great bonus - relaxing with a cuppa on the balcony 😊 - but just to be aware, only tea bags provided (byo coffee).

I wish they would buy a place in Scotlandso we could visit everyday.

The location , welcome and the good all were amazing . I had what was probably the best steak I have ever eaten . That is a hand on heart big statement from a man who works in the meat trade . But true .

We booked a family room connected, The hotel is beautiful and the location of the hotel is best. The staff of the hotel are very cooperative.

Loved the building and the common corridor balcony. We could see the mountains and snow all at the same time. Friendly staff. Rooms were easy access though doors are small and tight but hei this is an old building. nice place! must take the tram at least once! restaurant was great! good food!

schedule for trams up and buses up were a little hard to find and it will be great if the staff could advise before the trip on how to best get up there with the modified schedules if any. The tram is a nice walk but in the snow it was tough. food was a bit pricey though and breakfast was well served but not too much of a spread.
