Great location on the lake. Easy walking to shops and chairlifts as well as the buses. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of items and good coffee. Staff were very pleasant and happy to help.

No kettle in the room although front office staff were happy to get hot water for me, though that is not ideal. Room was very hot and no fan. Yes, it was a hot summer and Switzerland is not used to this, however the hotel should be prepared, even having a few pedestal fans available would help.

This was a little stop on the way to Italy Beautiful location, nice Mountain View’s. Hyper friendly staff. next to Montana center and not far from crans. Congratulations to all staff for their exemplary quality service and friendliness.

Hospitality and location.

The hotel is centered in a nice location, and the lake is gorgeous in front of the hotel. The most important is The owner, she is a very nice lady that made sure we didn’t miss anything, actually the owner is the the main reason why we might come back to the hotel on another trip

The views are really good. The beds were confy. Breakfast varied. Staff really nice and helpful. I would chose it again. Well situated.

Perfect location at the heart of Crans Montana

Lovely hotel with excellent staff. I stayed 2 nights and although my room was small, it was warm and had all I needed. Breakfast was excellent. Location is perfect, 5 mins to the restaurants and shops in Montana and 12mins to Crans on the other side. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Free parking was available outside so no extra cost.

As mentioned room a little small with basic facilities, but really not a big issue for me.

Fabulous location in a mountain paradise

The location is an easy walk into the center of either Crans or Montana and is right on a beautiful lake. Breakfast is fabulous and I found the rate exceptionally reasonable.

I warmly recommend this lovely little hotel in a perfect setting and hope to come again.

The welcome from all the staff was so kind and friendly. We were there to celebrate a special birthday and they all went out of the way to make it a marvelous time for us. The beds were comfortable, the rooms warm (mid-winter) and the breakfast was delicious.

just for skiing walking 7 min is a bit far but the second day we got a ride to the lift 😍.

Cosy hotel with amazing staff. Exceded my expectations considering the value for money and all the services and facilities (sauna, breakfast, games room, rooms view, all with balcony...) I would definitly come back!! Thank you

As the hotel is quite cosy, if the early birds or late arrivals make noise, we can hear it in the rooms. Perhaps a note to ask the people to walk and talk a bit more peacefully on those timings :) Nevertheless, i loved my stay, will recomend to friends AND will come back!

Very friendly staff. Hotel is in a great location of being close to both ski lifts and close to Crans and Montana town centers.
