Very comfortable and relaxing, would have loved to stay longer.

The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished with nice outdoor areas and views of the valley. The host went out of their way to ensure we arrived safely and welcomed us personally even when we were delayed.

Beautiful rooms hosted by amazing people.

Amazing stay, the host and family were very welcoming, gave us loads of tips and are genuinely helpful. The view is outstanding. The room in itself is very good: clean, spacious and has everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious: loads of fresh local produces: croissants, bread, homemade jam and more! I honestly think this is the best value for money in the area by far.

The place is beautiful, and in a great area of Switzerland. Francine is an incredible host and has a wealth of knowledge about the area

The location is quite far from actual Crans Montana activities, and requires a bus to get there that runs only once an hour. It's definitely doable with public transit, but really would be much better with a car.

Fantastic 😃

I stayed 5 nights with Francine who is a truely wonderful host. The room was clean and nice. After a hiking tour you could relaxe on the terrasse and enjoy the beautiful view. The breakfast is really amazing, fresh and with an excellent selection. Everything with great attention to detail. You can feel that she enjoys this. It was simply fantastic and I can recommend the B&B La Forge de Diogne without any compromises. Thank you very much Francine for making my stay so pleasant and your great great tips and ideas for excursions.

B&B La Forge de Diogne was an amazing surprise during our holidays in Switzerland. It would have been nice to have few more days to spend here! The apartment was perfect, the location super relaxing. Francine is a super host: nice, gentle and always available for suggestions and advices! We will come back for sure!

The house was perfect size for a couple. The owners were super nice and helpful with everything. The location was in a very quiet area, great to disconnect and enjoy the nature around it. Really liked our stay, thank you Francine! Cristina

Very nice quiet place, and a good starting point to explore this part of Valais region

The apartment is in a very quiet place, far from the crowd, and very luminous. The open view to the mountains on the south side of the Rhone valley is spectacular. We could park the car literally aside a glazed door. The lady who owns the property is very welcoming, and always helping with suggestions for things to do or to see (although we did not profit a lot from this, as we came mainly for intensive skiing). We skied one day in Crans-Montana, and the other two days in Veysonnaz-Nendaz and Grimentz-Zinal (both places reachable with a 40mins drive). In the evening, we profited from the flat to relax and get a good rest.

Feels like Home

A lot of Space for two, modern kitchen, chimney, panorama, silence, Photography, hikes, Ski, sledging, MountainBike, bath products, local food and... Francine!!! It simply has everything for a PERFECT relaxing and/or sporty vacation.

Quiet place for summer and winter holidays

When we arrived to the apartment, my wife told me that from now on we should stay in a small places like La Forge de Diogne and avoid big cities! :) First of all, it is far from the big crowds, which is getting more and more dangerous these days. Second, it has everything you may need! The apartment has well equipped kitchen, kettle, coffee machine, tea bags and coffee capsules. If you wish, you can cook breakfast yourself or ask Francine and she will offer a generous basket for 15 CHF p.p. Actually, one basket would be enough for 2 days but if you specifically liked something, she can bring it next morning, if informed in advance. The apartment is good for summer and winter. You can explore the beautiful area around on foot in summer or do winter sports in the cold time of the year. The apartment has a fire place... inside! It must be very cozy in winter :) During your stay all questions can be answered by Francine. She is a great host! I hope one day we get back to La Forge de Diogne :) We stayed two days and on the first evening we have got an amazing home made cake, welcome juices and a small bottle of local white wine!

The only disadvantage is you need a car to stay in La Forge de Diogne.
