Do not use this hotel, you may end up sleeping in your car

Nothing If you book a hotel room, you expect access to the room you have booked for your full stay. I was locked out by their system with no immediate solution to re enter

We will not be returning

The location was fine for access to town and restaurants as we had previously stayed at the hotel

There was no visible meet and greet and we were made to feel awkward. We were not made aware that this is now an air B&B . Breakfast - almost non existant and no staff available to gain information . There was no atmosphere and the hotel seemed deserted

Hidden costs and complicated check in over 3rd party website.

You have to leave a deposit of 200Fr per room! And they charge you the booking.com fees! They wanted the money before the free cancellation date! Had to pay it over a 3rd party website! Many red flags! But didnt have a choice.. Booked for my parents. They then didnt find the key box upon arrival, bad instructions and no one was around to help. Turned out ok in the end, my parents were happy. Deposit was transfered back without problems. But I've never experienced something like this on booking.com, so will avoid.

A good place to stay

The location downtown was a plus and the autonomy for the check in and check out was a commodity

Too much carpet in the corridor and in the room. And the fact that you to pay a caution of 200 euros while you already pay for the room is quite regrettable

Very clean room, unprofessional receptionist and not a great location.

The room is extremely clean, beds are comfortable and the view from the balcony quite nice.

The receptionist is again (as last year) not nice, almost rude, the location of the hotel is very far away from the city centre and the buses run only until 8pm, so usually it's a long walk from the train station. No kettle in the room to make some tea.

Clean and comfortable Hotel

I found all staff, responsive and helpful, the room has a desk which is small but worked. Breakfast was very good and the standard of the food was excellent, good dinner menu

Very quiet. Few rooms on each floor. Good quality bedding, as usual for Accor hotels. Modern design with plenty of accessible power plugs, USB plugs. Nice food at the restaurants and snacks (muffins, croissant) available throughout the day. Underground parking lot. Pretty good restaurant. Approx 150e with breakfast.

My room was very small, but nice view thanks to the high floor (7th) and convenient design. Other room a bit larger but on a lower floor. The elevator is tiny, only 2 people with luggage could fit. Green tiles carpetting, not a fan.

Very small room. We booked a room for 2 persons, it was very small, there was no sink in the toilet. The was a small sink in the room that wasn't usable at all. Also very poor breakfast. By far the worst hotel experience.

Very happy with our stay.

We stayed here for the New Years and had 2 highlights during the stay: the restaurant is great - delicious food! must try & the hotel GM is a hospitality guru - he made our stay and the new year's celebration such an amazing experience!

We came by public transport, which is not ideal, but there is a bus 2x an hour from the trainstation, so if you time it well it is pretty doable. We needed an iron, and at the reception they told us they didnt have any - which I find strange for a hotel not to have a single iron for the guests to borrow, but well...

I stayed here with my 8 month baby and my partner and the place exceed our expectations. Great WIFI. Awesome staff. The room was big and quiet, with nice view. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is a plus. We only can recommend this place.

The wi-fi wasn’t working in the rooms since the day before and the hotel did nothing. In a country like Switzerland, where free roaming isn’t available, we were pretty disappointed.

Very nice, renovated hotel. Very friendly staff, good spacious underground parking, good breakfast and strategically located place. You have a lot of various shops near it.

When we came inside, we thought we are in a restaurant and not in a lobby of a hotel. Felt confused about where is registration.

Good location for visiting Sierre. Bicycle parking in locked underground garage. Superb breakfast. Restaurant downstairs with many other restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Very nice staff.
