The location downtown was a plus and the autonomy for the check in and check out was a commodity
Too much carpet in the corridor and in the room.
And the fact that you to pay a caution of 200 euros while you already pay for the room is quite regrettable

You have to leave a deposit of 200Fr per room! And they charge you the booking.com fees! They wanted the money before the free cancellation date! Had to pay it over a 3rd party website!
Many red flags! But didnt have a choice.. Booked for my parents. They then didnt find the key box upon arrival, bad instructions and no one was around to help. Turned out ok in the end, my parents were happy. Deposit was transfered back without problems. But I've never experienced something like this on booking.com, so will avoid.
