Great place to stay,

Lots of single rooms for groups of friends, well located close to town and bus stops, big balconies

The rooms are a bit tight. Ok for 1 but for 2 not a lot of room around bed. Shower curtain not long enough so lots of water escapes

Fairly cheap option but you get barely what you pay for.

Clean. Nice view & good location. Friendly reception. Secure lock up for bikes.

Check in not until 5pm. Paying same price as a hotel but 1 small towel each, one soap dispenser (no shampoo), no hair dryer & small room. Outside reception hours nowhere to buy a drink or any staff around.

Lovely stay in the heart of the village

Perfect location, and what a view from the balcony! The check-in and check-out were smooth and quick, very friendly personnel. The dinner was amazing, great price and very tasty! So was the breakfast, plenty and tasty. Parking is available next to the hostel and costs 10 CHF/day extra.

The walls are a bit thin, as the building is rather old. The mattress was super soft.

When I was visiting there were hundreds of children on school trips. They were running through the hallways making noise, slamming doors, and screaming. It felt very isolating as a single person, I didn't speak to anyone the entire trip pretty much

exactly what I was looking for

I particularly liked the atmosphere and the layout of the property, the minimalist decoration gave me peace, and it is very practical and functional, and I also liked the awareness with recycling. Breakfast was varied. And I was able to leave my suitcase in the lockers a little bit longer than planned. Highly recommended. Thank you.

extremely loud, the room was really smelly and the bed was uncomfortable. I paid 150€ for this price is not worth it.

My stay was exceptional. Manager Nicolas was very helpful and all the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. It's a great location, close to the Gondola for skiers and boarders and the villages of Crans and Montana for shopping. The breakfast is complete in every way and my two dinners were also healthy and tasty. It's a classy 'retro-historic' building and my sunny balcony views were the magestic Valais Alps. It is also the only hostel-hotel-hipstel that l know that pour's a decent pint of beer at Reception! Thank you Edwige. And the great spring skiing on the challenging Crans-Montana slopes made my stay exceptional and great value. Cin Cin, MuzzA.

If you travel from Sierre Gare by local bus ensure you get off at the Pavillion stop. Read the signs, the hostel is just up the hill.
