Disappointing

Location was fine. Nice breakfast room and spa but didn't use either

outdated, old, scratchy sheets, thin walls, bed too close to the door (layout super weird), staff seemed clueless and we'd asked for a taxi pick up which never arrived

Cost cutting at hotel is showing

Leo at reception desk was very professional and helpful.

We have stayed here a few times and used to like this hotel but the cost cutting across all areas of the hotel that is really showing. Spa has too many guests from outside the hotel who can be loud and messy. Restaurant is closed. Bar is not staffed.

Perfect relaxation after a festival

Location in the middle of Crans-Montana, lovely view from breakfast and spa area. Grass and beach baskets, nicely sized pool, quite late late checkout. We were coming for a Caprices Festival, so relaxing next day was super nice.

The spa was especially great after our long hike to the Bisse de Tsittoret. Unfortunately one of the saunas wasn't available, but the Dampfbad and the hot sauna out in the garden, plus the jacuzzi with a view were much appreciated. We loved the cold dunking pool between sauna sessions!

Unfortunately due to staff restrictions there was only one chef in the kitchen, which meant long waits for dinner. The dinner was delicious nevertheless.

Recommended to spend a great time in Crans Montana

Very nice Spa, amazing view. Good room, place enough for 2 persons. Has also charging station for electric vehicles

The bed sheet were clean but some hairs were there from the last person. For the breakfast a small miss communication, also from my side

Hotel has good spa facilities and nice breakfast. Rooms are very spatious with super comfy beds and great views!

Choice of food for restaurant (incl. breakfast): it was very hard to find satisfactory vegetarian / lactose free options. It would be great if the menus would include more choice in this regard.

wonderful family stay

the rooms are very comfortable and clean. the spa was the best of the hotel. the gym was great as well and although it stated it can be used at 08.00 I was able to go workout before ski school started for the kids at 6.30 am. the staff was very nice and offered to walk our dog while we skied all day which was a great help.

it stated it’s a ski door to door hotel but in fact it’s a 15 min walk to the lift. no shuttle bus back to the hotel only to the slopes in the morning. the prices of the restaurant are very expensive and also un justified. no healthy food choices at all also not for breakfast only some fruits available. no veggies and gluten free or sugar free options.

Perfect location with SPA

- SPA (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, interior swimming pool) - Location : perfectly located in center of Crans - Staff really nice - Breakfast : large choice and good quality - Bed : really comfortable mattress

- cleanness of room : chewing gum on the floor, paper toilet used, chairs on balcony not cleaned.

Nice hotel I recommend it

Clean , comfortable, quite , amazing location, car park space if not many others, amazing breakfast and dinner, they offer montana free entertaining tickets, the receptionist in the morning was very helpful explained to us what to do in montana, we will come in the future

They charged us extra for my 10y old Son who had emergency camp cancelled, he used the same existing bed and did not have the breakfast The car park on arrival was full , but the other days there were few spaces There was no soap in the toilet only shampoo and body lotion

Nice and relaxing, even with Covid19.

SPA facilities were available and nice, e.g. good temperature of hammam and sauna. I particularly liked the outdoor jacuzzi.

The room was not very well sound insulated and we heard the movements of nearby rooms. On the first floor, the view from the balcony was a bit limited due to the roof of the structure below.
