really good for the second time around

This was our second year coming here. The hotel is generally very cozy, feeling which you also get when interacting with the staff. Everyone was so friendly with us and especially with our 4 year old. The view was absolutely amazing, especially because the weather was very varied during our stay, from snowstorm to sunny. The restaurant is in my opinion an absolute gem, the food was every day surpassing my expectations

Perfect place to stay. Would definitely come back!

Everything The staff was amazing, super helpful. They picked us up from the station to the hotel on the day of check in. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was a real treat. A 3 minute walk to the gondola.

I think the only downside is the distance from the city center- restaurants and supermarkets and the last bus is a bit early. The dinner in the restaurant was really good and not expensive

We are comming to the hotel not a first time- in fact we always choose this hotel if we are in Crans Montana. As always the place gives you feeling of serenity, calm and good sleep🙂 people are very nice that works at the property and it’s super dog friendly!

Fine hotel, fine dining.

Very nice hotel, room with beautiful view across the valley. Best breakfast of our two week trip. Fine dining restaurant. Very friendly helpful staff. Ask about the squirrel trail and for walnuts to feed them.

A very warm and welcoming hotel.

We liked the position as it was very close (4 min walk) to the cable car to go and see the glacier. The hotel offered a free shuttle too to the Omega European Masters. It is a very comfortable, homely hotel, we really did enjoy our stay here. The staff were SO friendly, especially the two ladies in the restaurant who welcomed us every morning with the biggest smiles. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

The shower was over a very narrow bath. I would have preferred just a shower

Dated, but clean and friendly.

Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere are the key points. The room we had was a little small for 4 beds and dated - with a major problem being the old fashioned plug sockets - even with an adapter we couldn't charge our phones - but it was clean and had a great view. A little expensive for the dated appearance but it was clean and friendly and you can't ask for much more than that.

Perfect location for an ski escape. renovated rooms in a comfy and familiar hotel. Just perfect.

The room is fully renovated, with great views, nice terrace and very clean. quality-price is a very good choice. Breakfast was fantastic. A good choice to ski in Crans-Montana. free ski navette is nice, and you can walk from ski lift to hotel.

The lobby and bar areas could be renovated to match the renovated rooms, however the atmosphere and kind personnel were great.

Everything was perfect - great location (very close to the cable car) - amazing view from the room - friendly and helpful team - great breakfast and delicious dinner.

Amazing view, good breakfast, and very well positioned in order to easily reach the cable car to go up the mountain and reach the glacier. You also have enough parking so you don't have to worry about it.

Lovely clean and friendly hotel in a great location with easy access to lifts

Lovely clean room with a balcony and view over the valley which was stunning. The breakfast was included (rare these days) and it was good. The restaurant in the evening surpassed my expectations and the three servers who looked after all the meals were fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Overall the hotel was superb, great location, free parking, welcomes pets, really a great place, highly recommend it.
