An overpriced hotel in a nice location.

Swimming pool, breakfast terrace, decoration. Everything was perfectly clean and sparkling. We could use the swimming pool all day after checking out.

On Sunday a DJ made loud music around the pool. Thre were only four guests around the pool including myself. The four asked the manager to stop the music, that was too loud and unwanted. The manager did insist that this was the established habit for Sundays around the pool and imposed the DJ through and through. We found this behaviour ungracious and psychoi.rigid. Most regrettable.

“Exceptional service". As we entered the hotel, the staff gave us a warm welcome & until our check-out they make you feel special whenever they can. Very friendly, accommodating and attentive. The food in the restaurant is first class, so tasty and great. TOP Class in all categories! Highly recommended for an absolute luxury stay in beautiful Crans Montana :)

The attentiveness of the staff is incredible, they were all extremely friendly and helpful particularly Patrice. The rooms are very comfortable, well designed and convenient. The location is very pedestrian friendly

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel magnifique

Chambre superbe avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. Le spa est splendide, avec sa piscine visible dès la réception, et des installations parfaitement pensées (sauna, jacuzzi…). Personnel très accueillant et attentionné. Très bon restaurant avec une carte moderne et un petit-déjeuner entièrement fait maison. Je recommande vivement !

Ganz tolles Personal, alle sehr freundlich, aufgestellt und sehr zuvorkommend, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen auch sehr kompetent.

- an einem Abend haben wir einen Cappuccino bestellt, die Lieferung dauerte weit über eine Viertelstunde und er kam lauwarm bis kalt an. Denke, an diesem Abend war eine Hilfskraft beschäftigt - für ein ***** Hotel absolutes no go!

un endroit parfait pour les couples

tout, l'ambiance et la tranquillité des lieux .... le spa est juste magique avec son feu de cheminée....... l'espace et la distribution de la chambre ..... on s y sent bien !

le petit bémol et le petit déjeuner et le fait de ne pas pouvoir choisir ce que nous voulons manger.... nous sommes servis a table et a la carte... pas trop grave non plus, mais mon épouse et moi préfèrerions avoir un buffet.....

SPA innen nicht überwältigend, aber sehr schöner Aussenbereich. Wir waren Montag und Dienstag da. Leider war das Restaurant in dieser Zeit geschlossen. Aber es gab einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Partnerhotel in der Nähe.

Tout était parfait. La chambre était vraiment très confortable et très propre. Le personnel est adorable, chaleureux et serviable. Le SPA et la piscine sont super. Nous avons passé un super séjour et nous avons conseillé cette adresse à nos familles et amis.
