Crans-Montana speaks for itself. Based on marketing I had an impression it was more of a standard chain hotel with stand

The Ad’Eldorado offers unparalleled views and exceptional services- we fell in love and you will too.

This hotel is family owned. Virgil, our host, was an exceptional young man whose knowledge of the history of the area as well as the hotel made our stay all the more special. Views across the horizon, our own back garden, modern bathrooms in an otherwise quaint facility the BEST buffet we have had in our many visits to the area. A true gem. A must- we will certainly return.

We loved absolutely every ,minute of our stay, every interaction with the staff, and the discounts for local activities.

Centrally located, comfortable hotel with excellent staff and great views.

The view of the mountains. The central location in town. The very friendly and accomodating staff. The coupons for free access to the boating and mini-golf as well as the half-off on the telecabine.

"Do not disturb cards" to put on the door as the cleaning staff arrived quite early (before 10:00) on most every day.

Great location with beautiful mountain views. We had a standard room which was small but comfortable & renovated to a high quality & spotlessly clean. The breakfast was outstanding - 5 star quality - topped with a very pleasant accommodating breakfast staff member.

The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, the breakfast buffet is full of choices, and the rooms have amazing views of the Alps. This is my 2nd time staying here and will keep coming back when visiting Crans Montana. Everything was perfect…Highly recommend!

Overall the hotel is fairly correct. Breakfast and location are specially great.

Unfortunately the hotel was not flexible at all with the booking conditions. They showed little empathy when my husband had some health issues and asked to reschedule the stay

Large balcony with the best ski views we have ever experienced -wonderful! Excellent breakfast. Ski bus transfer to lifts if needed (although there is a main lift very close). Not luxury but beautifully rustic and excellent value for money!
