Loved the hotel but as a skier they need more drying consideration.

Great location, Fantastic restaurant upstairs with excellent manager. He makes the whole experience.

Having to pay excessive prices to use sauna. Why bother. Ski boot drying, not enough for more than 12 guests???? No where to dry jackets, gloves etc after very wet snow day, horrible to put on wet the next day. Maybe a door on the drying room. Paper cups for tea in room, surely the hotel can afford more porcelain mugs.

Hip Hotel in the mountains

Perfect for a young couple. The accomodation was so hip. Really liked the style of the room and the furnitures. Coffee, tea and kettle was a nice touch in the room. We have enjoyed the big room that was like a tiny apartment. First hotel i ve ever stayed where the toilet was separate - its awesome if you are travelling with someone. I was sick unfortunately so it was extra useful... The terrace was nice and well usable, we had bit of a view too. The town was cute and you get breathtaking panorama driving up here. Staff was nice as well!

Location was ideal for skiing Parking was a bonus Comfortable, clean room and we were lucky to get a free upgrade!

The hot selection at breakfast could’ve been better, nearly finished by the time we arrived at 8:30

Great hotel for a ski weekend

The hotel is perfectly located to reach the slopes easily. The staff is extremely kind and friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

I couldn’t sleep well because of the temperature in the room, even with heating off it was extremely warm

Good stay

The bed and quilt are super comfortable. The location is excellent. It is right next to a bus stop, 30 steps away from a Thai restaurant (with good food and service), and a 2min walk to a cinema (highly recommended to check it out!) Some previous reviews mentioned that the room is not bright. It's true that there is no light on the ceiling. If you turn on both lights on the night stand which are orientation adjustable and the lamp, it's not too bad. Many reviews also mentioned the cable of the kettle is too short, they had to use the kettle on the floor which we did too the first day. Then we accidentally discovered an extension cable in the drawer the next day 😀

Not soundproof. Our room was next to the road, you can hear cars passing by at night even with the windows closed. The room is too hot at night even if all the heaters are off so we had to leave the window open at night. The design of the bathroom is not optimal: when you open the door it runs into the toilet. The glass wall in the shower is too short, the person that designed it didn't try taking a shower themselves, water still splashes everywhere on the floor, you need to be very careful. Breakfast is average, with the same price I have seen better ones.

Nice stay at Alaïa Lodge

The hotel has a very good location and the bus stop is just in front of it. The staff were very friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on booking.com are just a perfect example of what you are going to get. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans Montana. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.

The best hotel in Crans Montana

We love this hotel; we discovered it few weeks ago and came immediately for a second time; we will come again for sure. Excellent rooms, modern minimalist style , practical, comfortable, excellent food (morning and dinner) and most friendly personnel. Easy short walk to the lifts and to the center.

Friendly and helpful staff Good breakfast buffet that was refreshed by staff Central location in Crans Motana. Close to restaurants, cinema, shops. Very nice inhouse pizzeria restaurant.

We had a family suite that was described as having two sofa beds. We expected a longue area with maybe a TV based on this description, but they were effectively permanent beds and there was no lounge area as such, The bathroom area was semi open plan adjacent to this secondary sleeping area. Air conditioning / Ventilation in the secondary sleeping area was permanently active and relatively loud.

Wonderful view. Good buffet breakfast with a super selection. Very accessible walking distance to the golf course which was the primary reason for my visit. Very friendly staff, would highly recommend.

A very pleasant surprise.

The room was super nice, clean, and modern. We really enjoyed the breakfast, and the receptionist was super friendly, helped us find a good restaurant, and gave us good advice. The price for 1 night was a bargain, for Crans Montana. However, it must be pricier during winter. The hotel was a lot better than we expected.
