Big old hotel, that needs a lot of upgrading to call itself a 5 star hotel.

Location, parking spaces and room with balcony’s

The bathrooms very old fashioned needs upgrading, lose the bath and get a decent shower with shower hose that work… design from 1989. Corridor through to swimming pool, really needs upgrading, lift too. Breakfast area needs improvement

The hotel is at the center of Crans-Montana just 5 minutes walk distance from the cable car and in a very calm location. My room was exceptionally big with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The staff was super helpful, friendly and efficient and the service overall excellent! Room service was delicious! I had unfortunately no time to have breakfast ....

What a great hotel and dog friendly! it is wonderfully located in the center of Crans with breathtaking view. The stuff is very friendly. We really recommend to eat at the hotel: the chef is amazing!

The temperature at the pool and spa was warm but not hot. But this does change the experience.

Great location, clean, helpful and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, turn down service, robes, slippers. Room 306, suite, excellent view. Dinner, fine dining at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Not really an issue… room 306, walk-in closet is not sound proof. Could hear neighbors talking. Shut door when not is use.

Very nice place to stay in Crans Montana. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious. There are great views from the hotel. The hotel has small but nice spa/sauna area. The hotel is conveniently, centrally located even you are reaching the hotel bus from Sierre.
