It's a lovely hotel in the Swiss mountains.

It is a very nice hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff are extremely pleasant and attentive. Bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant for breakfast was ideal with plenty of choices available. First class hotel.

To get into Crans Montana and back, relying on buses. Although the buses ran like clockwork, they were in short supply. On the plus side, the bus stop was very convenient to the hotel.

A place worth paying attention to

A very picturesque place, we had a view of the mountains from the terrace. If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop literally across the road. The restaurant offers a panoramic view of the mountains, which is very impressive. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the spa as it closed too early. The hotel is modern, the rooms are clean, the staff are helpful, and there is free parking and storage for bicycles. We appreciated the humidifier and good hairdryer in the room.

The breakfast was a bit sparse, which was the only complaint we had about this place. Since they had abandoned the buffet, we didn't see any cheese or meat platters. The menu offered a choice of one dish and one hot drink, but the portions weren't large, so it was difficult to fill up, and you need a lot of energy in the mountains.

Amazing experience

Entire staff incredibly nice - in a very heartfelt/authentic way that makes you feel welcome and cared for. Room view incredible, room small but clean and comfortable, especially the bed. With a fan. Breakfast was great, the concept without the big buffet you usually have in order to reduce waste was amazing - every dish was divine. Didn't get to test the sauna, but the gym was better equipped than what I'm used to in hotel gyms too! All around 100% satisfied with the value and experience of the stay!

Breakfast was included but it was not what we were expecting for this type of hotel. Croissant, bread & jam, some cereals and juice. Anything else, you had to pay for.

Beautiful view from the balcony, nice room with good facilities. Friendly staff and overall a nice stay on proximity of Crans Montana.

The location would not have been as convenient if we had not come by car.

To be repeated!

Hotel Panorama has a great view, almost impossible to beat in the area. You can relax at the reception or the restaurant and have a drink while watching amazing mountains and sunsets. The hotel has a privileged spot and is very quiet. But at the same time, you are near the attractions of the region: ski areas, trekking paths, forests, lakes, towns, etc. Bus stop just in front. The staff is really friendly, and they always want to help. They have recommended us 2 trekking loops and they were stunning. Lots of natural beauty but also nice small towns, restaurants, traditional architecture, etc. The "Walliser plate” is just great if you want to taste great local products. The spa is small but both hamman and sauna, were working perfectly and were very clean. The restaurant staff is also very, very kind. An excellent experience.

The restaurant serves good dishes. However, the desserts did not have the same quality. They seemed to be just unfrozen. If the spa has an outside hot pool (even small) it would be just perfect.

Little gem between Crans-Montana and Sierre

Really nice hotel rooms, clean, modern, functional. Super comfy mattresses! Our space was divided in a bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a mini living room with a couch and the closet, which made it easy to get dressed. Nice terrace with a great view. You can see the mountain crest while laying in bed! The breakfast is delicious and varied, try the home baked bread - it's delicious! Also great choice of local fruit juices. Maybe to be pointed out that it is not centrally located to Crans Montana, so having a car is advisable (free parking on site!). For us it was not an issue as we went off into a different direction every day.

It would have been practical to have a minibar in the room, but nothing that would have ruined our stay or so.

Amazing new hotel with great food and great staff

We stayed 2 nights for an event in Crans Montana. Besides a great overall experience a few things were outstanding (so good that I even write a review). The new furniture/decoration over the whole hotel is amazing. It got recently reworked and fine woodworking was applied, which I really enjoyed. Also the stonetables were amazing. The food was great for both dinner as well as breakfast. The team was very attentive and even a shuttle to Crans was offered when we missed the bus. Also thanks for the upgrade of the room, but of course this was because of low-season - still very nice.

Only downside was that in the spa area only 2 benches were available. We were first, so we had no issue, but the second couple was less lucky.

Beautiful, restful stay

I was working in Crans Montana so the location was perfect, good parking at the hotel. The hotel has just been renovated so is in beautiful condition. Amazing views across the valley. It has a gym and steam room, and you can book a great massage. Lovely dinner menu and food in the restaurant with an outdoor terrace overlooking the valley.
