A cozy practical base in town for skiing trips
Chalet located in town, close to attractions, 5 minutes walk to restaurants, shops aso. Big, open and tidy rooms, full equipped kitchen, beautiful view esp in the night. Pls remind: everything is really expensive in Switzerland, esp in the mountains.

Sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und immer ansprechbar mit rascher Antwort. Meine Hündin wurde mit kuscheligem Schlafplatz, sauberen Näpfen und einem Handtuch zum Pfotentrocknen verwöhnt. Wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt.
Leider gab es keine Mikrowelle, um mal schnell etwas aufzuwärmen. Die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sehr üppig.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement, l’exposition soleil, la proximité du centre-ville. le parking souterrain.
Une très petite télé, peu visible depuis le lit qui servait de canapé les deux premiers jours, elles ne fonctionnait pas, il fallait charger l’abonnement. Heureusement la personne qui m’a donné les clés est venue la régler avec beaucoup de gentillesse c’était une personne que j’ai beaucoup apprécié pour son dévouement et ses services. Le matelas du lit était épouvantable. J’ai passé des nuits horribles à cause de ça donc ce sont les deux éléments à changer. Et l’équipement de la vaisselle est un peu juste si on veut cuisiner.

L'emplacement était le SEUL point positif.
Le rapport qualité-prix (CHF 3000.- 3 nuit pour 4 adultes et 1 enfants) est vraiment décevant. La deuxième "chambre" se révèle être un salon aménagé en chambre, nous obligeant à dormir sur un canapé-lit extrêmement inconfortable. La salle de bains, quant à elle, est équipée d'une baignoire vétuste qui ne permet pas une variation adéquate de la température, l'eau s'écoulant de manière irrégulière entre le pommeau et le robinet, faute d'une pièce qu'il manquait . De plus, l'appartement ancien se situe au 3ème étage d'un immeuble dont l'ascenseur était hors service, et le chauffage, augmenté dès notre arrivée, nous a laissé grelotter lors de la première nuit. Sincèrement cet appartement ne peut pas être loué à un tel prix pour la qualité fourni, c'est inadminissible!
