Spacious apartment with fantastic views in a central location

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular views in a really good location for the town - a five minute walk. A bit too far to walk in ski boots to the lifts so we paid for the shuttle bus which was a great service. The bar is great, small, cosy and traditional in style. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming.

A bit dated. The sauna is good but the rest of the spa also feels dated. A dressing gown and slippers to go to the spa should be included. Apparently the food in the restaurant is very good but the restaurant itself lacks ambience so we didn’t eat there. They should make it look and feel like the bar.

We had a fantastic ski vacation with extended family in Crans Montana.

The apartment is superbly located; the fact of having a kitchen avoids the stress of having to tame tired children at restaurant dinner table, and allowed to have guests over. Additionally, the skating rink at walking distance, as well as hotel (whirl)pool also offered additional activities in addition to skiing.

It would be great if the apartment had a fondue or raclette oven.

Always some additional costs. Restaurant hmmm I would avoid really. Didn’t try breakfast though. Small sauna area with quite dangerous slippery floor. I hit my head also.

Spectacular views, top notch service, perfect location

We have the most awesome time at this property and a great way to end our Europe trip. The staff were all so accommodating, thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us from food, to transport and making sure we were always comfortable. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the town and the rooms were spacious with spectacular views of the mountains. Thank you to the team at Helvetia, hope to visit again soon.

Fun, enjoyable stay it’s family friendly welcoming staff.

Thé réception staff were very friendly and helpful, we enjoyed the sking and it was useful having the free shuttle bus to the ski lift and back as it was a little bit of a walk with ski boots on. Nice view from apartment. Kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.And we had a fun week sking snowboarding with family.

Great and very helpful staff, clean rooms, and good hotel

Not in terms of meters, but in terms of climbing a small hill, there was quite a distance to walk to the ski lift. The hotel offers a solution with shuttle bus with some extra money.

Restaurant was great, choice of options, quality, service. Pool has a nice view, but need to be booked in advance, apartments are spacious.

Some elements of hotel are outdated like feel and planning if the kitchen or some built in wall lights. Everything is charged extra - pool towels, extra change of towels over 7 days of stay, bathrobes. WiFi is terrible. Which is not acceptable in this modern days
