Room was cosy chalet type and felt like the days I used to live in my house in Switzerland. Ha d an excellent cheese fondue and for desert the staff put a candle on my desert, as it was my 70th birthday and told us that the aperitif was on the house. Thank you to the staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Great location and views. Had a small porch where you can relax.

Paper thin walls. One night the guests in the adjoining room came in at 02:00 while talking and laughing loudly, woke us up. Other nights the guest on the other side kept releasing &#&$@, could hear it all. Breakfast was simple, minimal quantities available.

The room had a great view, and we used the swimming pool which was wonderful. We ate dinner at the hotel, i highly recommend it, the food is great. Breakfast was also a full buffet with lots of different options available.

Simple, well located. We felt like at home.

Everything! The room was simple (we had the smallest room...and the cheapest one) but sparkling clean. Bed was comfortable, the place super quiet. The breakfast had a large choice of breads, cereals, yogurts and quality was ok.

very friendly staff and amazing service! the shuttle bus to the ski lift was definitely a plus. rooms are big and spacious and the breakfast is a nice spread. you can also easily walk to the city if you want to go out for drinks or dinner.

Excellent in every way.....welcoming, so perfect down to every detail...

This hotel is where we would always want to stay when going back to Crans Montana....beyond the perfect comfort of our room in every way was the welcoming, patient, caring attitude of the staff that was unique and was an unexpected bonus to everything else. To put the 'icing on the cake', after staying in the lounge until 11 in the evening playing the piano, we had to leave at 6;30 before the breakfast was to be served at 7;00n in the morning. The staff was already downstairs and insisted that we come into the dining hall and filled our hands with fresh croissants, cheese , fruit and anything else we would consider taking on our way... this place is magical. It is complete....one of the most cherished experiences of our lives....Thank you for the kindness..

la Prairie was a ten for us...we had a double double room with a bathroom in between.....the children had a double bed as did we..It was a perfect space....there is only good to say about every aspect of this place...
