Will comeback, and book for a longer period of time the room with the Hottub!

The beverages during breakfast were very good (Special mention for the orange juice). An amazing spa, a very relaxing moment, we are looking forward to coming back during the summer to enjoy the pool outside! The staff was super friendly and proactive. The room was very nice, we didn't take a big one because we were staying only for a single night, but we were impressed by the quality, and we loved the Atmosphere.

Nothing special, be careful with the kids at the pool, perhaps install a time-lapse during the day where kids are allowed or not. We didn't eat anything as we're not really hungry usually in the morning, but in general, I like to have a buffet, which is maybe the only point I would change about the breakfast.

A wonderful hotel with extremely pleasant and professional staff

The whole hotel is amazing. We ate dinner in the bistro the first night and that was delicious. Breakfasts were fantastic.

The restaurant in the hotel is amazing. It is so cute and reminds me of what I would expect a luxury log cabin to be like. However, the best part by far was the staff. They are some of the kindest, most welcoming people I have ever met!

I wish they had ac but in the winter / this would definitely not be an issue!

The best service of our 3 weeks trip across Europe

Another great example of Relais&Chateau in terms of premisses. A wooden Chalet, with stunning views. I was on a 4500km drive trip across Europe with my son and stayed in about 10 four to five star hotels. Whilst post Covid, the Hospitality sector has suffered from huge drainage of staff and service quality has dropped to an all time low, Hostellerie du Pas de l’Ours has an absolutely top notch service throughout all departments! They are truly guest centric and are a beacon of what true hospitality is! congrats to the Management and everyone of the team members! A special mention to Remy, who has made the impossible possible, yes this still exists and he is the role model for it!

Amazing vibes, exceptional service, cosy and refined decor capturing an ambiance of true winter luxury. The staff is attentive to every need and the quality of the food is amazing. Definitely the best of Crans Montana.

Alles war perfekt

Extrem gut gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, ein aussergewöhnliches Chalet mit tollem Blick auf das Dorf, die Berge und allen voran den Matterhorn. Erlesene Gerichte im Restaurant und eine sehr schöne Weinkarte. Tolles und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Le Sommet Family Suite lässt keine Wünsche übrig - man hat stets das Gefühl dass man in eigenem Chalet verweilt.
