Royal treatment at a peaceful and exclusive luxury lodge in a beautiful Swiss Alps setting

LeCrans was absolutely exceptional. The staff were amazing and made us feel not only welcome but like family members. This is an exclusive location with only thirteen rooms - it is private, luxurious, and you are very much taken care of! We visited in the springtime, and mostly just enjoyed the incredible views from our room, restaurant, and heated outdoor and indoor pools. The on site Michelin star restaurant Le Montblanc is fabulous, as is their room service breakfast if you choose to indulge in that. The hotel offers a shuttle service into Crans-Montana until 8pm every day. We took advantage of the shuttle for some shopping (there are some incredible watch stores in Crans, including an AP boutique showroom), as well as for dinners in town, which the concierge and staff at LeCrans were incredible in both recommending and booking for us.

No complaints at all! LeCrans is not cheap, but it is well worth it and a great value!

Very nice hotel

Fantastic luxury hotel, spacious and clean rooms with a fireplace and balcony. The bathtub and shower was comfortable. However we booked this hotel as it was mentioned ski-in ski out hotel but unfortunately it is not…they have a free shuttle that takes you to the gondola. Their service is excellent. Magical views of the mountains, cosy interior. The spa room is amazing.

A beautiful place to stop off.

Location, wam, friendly staff, beautiful interior and views.We were upgraded to a room with a private terrace - beautiful. Limousine shuttle takes you into town in about 8 minutes and can pick you up again. Room service breakfast is really nice in the privacy of one’s room. We did not try the spa but the whole place oozes quality and elegance.

Currently suffers from noise pollution on the valley facing rooms from a construction site not far away from about 7.15am. Also, even at this altitude, the nights can be a bit warm in high summer if you are trying to sleep before midnight ( no air con).

Excellent Service Great Ambiance

Although its not in town and maybe a 5/8 minute car ride from town, the hotel from its facilities to its general feel is really worth the trip. I have to add an additional line for the professionals that work the concierge and front desk, not only did they go above and beyond their way to make our stay at the hotel great, but also they made sure our trip outside the hotel in Crans Montana was great too. From the front desk to room service to housekeeping staff top notch people that made our trip great. Definitely recommend Le Crans to people that enjoy high quality atmosphere and excellent service.
