Sehr groß, 3 Schlafzimmer , sauber, zum Greifensee mit Fahrrad oder E-Roller in 10 Minuten erreichbar, Blick auf die Berge
Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, Sofa im ersten Zimmer total runtergewirtschaftet, hart, keine Bilder ( nicht einmal passende Plakate) zum Stil, Kein Toaster oder kleiner Backofen für Pizza etc.. , keine brauchbaren Schneidemesser, im öffentlichen Treppenhaus vor der Tür wurde von den Nachbarn geraucht, der Rauch zog teilweise in das vordere Zimmer, alte Wäscheberge lagerten hinter der Tür auf dem Flur… Fahrstuhl defekt, ein Stellplatz für das Auto war am Abend oftmals schwierig da dort Firmen- Kleintransporter standen, auch Nachts sehr viel Straßenlärm, da viel befahrene Straße
