Great place to stay in Zurich for easy access to everywhere. Makes a great home base.

Location was fantastic - so close to train station and tram. Lots of places to eat nearby as well as Coop. Rice up! Very clean and good space. Being able to do laundry (free) is huge bonus.

No A/C but that is typical of Swiss places. They did provide fans but difficult to feel cool on hot nights. Everything else was great!

Group of 4 Adults Family.

The apartment was modern and clean, top marks to the cleaners. Very convenient for shops, restaurants. We were flying out of Zurich to return home it was very easy tram ride to the Airport and you got dropped off right outside the entrance. Also getting into central Zurich, again a 15 minute tram journey. We rebooked this apartment after staying in the loft on our first time here. That was more spacious than the ground level however you need to be aware of a few low beams.

Traffic noise is quite audible when window is left open. Weather was quite hot, so there was no option but to leave the windows adjar. Thankfully there was a pedestal fan,but a Air-conditioner would have been nice.

It was good

The Hitrental provided the basic things you would need. They even supplied an extension plug 🔌 which was very handy. So thank you.

The property has a non smoking policy, and that is what a customer would expect it to be. Unfortunately, some people do smoke in their balcony, and you can smell it very strongly. The weather was very hot 🥵 and we would appreciate having a fan in the room.

Decent apartment, convenient location

Apartment is between city & airport. It is located between 2 tram stops, both of which are a short walk away. Takes less than 30 minutes to the city. There is an Asian grocery store opposite the apartment. Apartment is spacious & clean. Basic toiletries & towels are provided. Strawberry apartment is the largest one. It fits a family of 5-6 people. Reliable WiFi.

Although there is a lift, we needed to climb a flight of stairs to reach the apartment itself on the top floor.

Loved everything about it!

I think this is the best choice we could make for an accomodation in Zurich. It was not in the city center, but since the public transport is great, it was more easy than expected to get there. The apartment was clean, had plenty of light and always had warm water. The area was also pretty nice. It was, honestly, a great choice and we would recommend it to everyone looking for something convenient and affordable.

Our only complain are the noisy neighbours. It's obviously not your fault, and we handled it perfectly, since we knocked on their door and talked with them.

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, very clear communication and instructions (it's a contactless check in and check out, so we really appreciated the clarity). Cool balcony.

It's better for 4 people than 5 - we were 5, and there wasn't quite enough seating. The sofa bed was fine for one person but wouldn't have been comfy for two.

We have a bad experience the whole trip

The bathroom had bad smell , I told them when we check in, they said they will fix it tomorrow, but they don’t. I message them again, they said they will fix it the following day. But we check out on that day. That mean we had the bad smell the whole time while we stay there

We had a very good stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Good location within walking distance to the train station. The washer and dryer is awesome. We're able to do laundry during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped.

Pleasant stay for a weekend

Perfect location (nearby Hallenstadion and a large shopping mall) Management and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful (the main reason for the score 10) Pet friendly accomodation and we got a discount (2 small dogs for the fee of 1) Because of the short stay, the manager offered free parking on site just before I paid it

Narrow parking places Strawberry apartment is in the attic, We bumped our heads to the beams a couple of times. Can the bed and sofa moved more in the middle?
