HITrental Oerlikon Apartments

Very good place for a family. Clean, good kitchen along with accessories including dishwasher and laundry. Also included coffee machine and coffee pods. Nearby parking garage as well as street parking. Everything was very well thought, pillowcases for the extra beds were inside out which made is very easy to use.

Only thing left out for washing detergent.

Great location, easy to reach everywhere. Nice cosy room with all the requirements met. Clean and tidy, not only the room, all the building. Truly high speed internet.

In this 2026 heatwave Zürich caught unprepared in every business so this room does and we picked the peak week. And the wooden sharp corners of bed is a bit tricky.

We liked the location and views. The spacious rooms. Easy to get in with the key. Enjoyed the big TV and seating area. The apartment was very clean and neat.

Because of the heat wave additional fans would have been nice. In the bedrooms some shelving to put things on and luggage racks would be nice to get our suitcases off the ground. The lack of storage space was one downside of the apartment.

Well located near public transport. Compact and basic apartment.

The flat gets direct sun all day and was unbearably hot in June. The staff helped us with an extra fan but not much improvement. The fans were noisy and ineffective, we got very little sleep on all 4 nights. There’s no cross ventilation in the flat. The Ikea sofa bed was uncomfortable and not very clean. The apartment has very hot yellow lights for some reason that heated the apartment further. We paid a high rent which felt very wasted.
