Overall apart from where the bathroom was situated it was good stay

It was a bad choice.

Convenient location 3 minutes walk from the Oerlikon Train Station

The apartment’s condition was not satisfactory at all. The bed was extremely worn out and in very poor condition. The mattress and pillows were too thin and heavily worn. When I arrived, I found someone else’s hair in the bed and on the floor, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. The bathroom, which is advertised as private, is actually located in the corridor next door. Although it is for private use, you need a separate key to access it, and you must remember your room passcode each time. This is very inconvenient, especially if you need to use the bathroom during the night. There are no blinds or curtains on the windows, and the bright lights from the building opposite shine into the room all night, making it difficult to sleep. Other guests reported this issue over a year ago, but management appears to have ignored it. Additionally, the refrigerator is extremely loud at night. I had to switch it off completely, otherwise it was impossible to sleep

Clean

The place tried to scam me by contacting me on WhatsApp and asking for my credit card details . Booking.com later confirmed I should not do that. The room had very low lighting, the bathroom had an issue and no one fixed it. The street is extremely noisy. No housekeeping at all during our 3–4 day stay

In general, ecxeeded my expectations, it’s in a top location nearby train station and a lot of markets and caffes nearby

It was clean and had necessary cooking & other needed equipment

That the bathroom was outside in the hall (even though personal), it’s a bit uncomfortable to carry things and go for example in the night etc. I didn’t check if this was mentioned, however still worth the price.

Apartment is good, near the train station and good stuffs like mini kitchen is there.

Just 2 thing to improve would be better: just 2 pillows and very thin. If you like a bigger one, you don't have options. Like me, I can't sleep with thin pillows. The Internet conection which is indicated in the book didn't work in my stay there. When I was checking out, I asked the cleaner and she gave me another internet conection login. And it worked. I think they should offer all options of internet conections.

That wants for week they was doing your bed

Anything. The building and the rooms are very dirty, very damaged, no maintance at all. The bed and the pillows are not comfort. No coffee, no dishwasher tablet, the basic is missing. Customer service not helpful at all; i wanted to cancel the booking from the first moment i saw the building, which was very difficult to find, but the visionsappartment did not allowed it, and did wanted to refund so i was force to stay there. When they sent the code of entreat, was missing all the need informations like the floor of the flat, how it works for the key/password and many other basic informations useful for the travels. I am swiss and the place does not respect the swiss quality of hospitality, and that is a important point, because it represent our country. And none of the customer service or any involve in the business does not speak none of our national languages, just english. So is missing the swiss identity and quality. The place is very very noisy, in the middle of the traffic, cars/trucks/ train, tram, bus. Is not a quite place, despite is the periphery of zurich city. Walls dirty, sink that leak, bathroom to small, is difficult to take a shower if you are not extreme skinny! This propriety is does not worth the money they ask

Overall it was okay, we did not stay much in the room. Mostly outside doing a site seeing

Location is quite good which is accessible to most of the place in Zurich. Linen are in a good quality.

Rooms condition was not good when we check in, it has a very bad smell of food and the bathroom and toilet space is very small. System of opening the window blind was not user friendly.

Good stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great – close to shops, and public transport. the check-in process was ok, contactless but ok, you have to check in online and then you get a code to get in. Smooth and easy. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again! Even if outside was noisy due to the good windows I didn't hear the noise.

Check in at 3pm. It would be nice to check in at least at 2pm :)

Great room and location but some issues

Clean modern looking apartment. Lovely big windows. Great bathroom and shower. Comfy bed, good kitchen and equipment. Excellent location for public transport links. Customer service responded quickly when I had issues accessing the property on arrival. Easy early check in.

Biggest issue was there being no curtains in the room apart from string blind. Sun was shining through from 5am straight onto bed. Room was excessively warm compared to outside temperatures, windows did open to allow air but then noise from traffic was very loud. The television didn't work and this was not repaired during our stay despite reporting the issue. Strangely there were also no plugs for either sink which was quite awkward.

The room was so hot. There was no air-conditioning when I called to ask for a fan. They were all out. We couldn’t even open the windows because it was in such a noisy part of town that if we open the windows we weren’t able to sleep.

Very clean. All amenities. Easy check in 2 appartments in 1 so really practical if you travel with colleagues

Not ventilator or air conditionning so in summer its really hot. Not noise isolation so you can hear the cars in the street Not explanation of how to open the bathroom in advanced. We had to call. Just for info, you have to put your code in the rooms door and the bathroom door and the appartment door are opened at the same time. The toilet its 5 m distance from the door

I didn't know there was breakfast but i dont eat breakfast anyway 😊 location was Great, Apartment was Great, the cleaning ladies were absolutely amazing and they work so hard all day . The African Cleaner was Amazing and very helpful. Its a great place and a great city to explore. Switzerland 🇨🇭 is Gorgeous. Explore the City's and the mountains ⛰️. At night in the part of seebach where they play chess in the street a black guy tried to snatch my bag but he found out i was stronger and he ran off. None of them wanted to fight me. Im a trained fighter for 20 years so i faced them all off and none of them would step to me. Avoid the chess area at night. 😉

Good for staying but not the best for comfort

The best thing was the location. It's very close to the train station (2 minute walk) and also close to food stores, cafes and restaurants. Nearby, there is also a good park.

The fridge was faulty, it turned off by itself twice. Also, the walls weren't sound-proof. I could hear people talking loudly and to be honest, it was quite disruptive. The bathroom and even the main room didn't have any wall hangers which was inconvenient.

A very noisy studio next to Oerlikon train station.

Location very close to Oerlikon train station, with regular train connections to Zürich central station. The room is well equipped and clean. Check-in procedures straight-forward.

Very noisy room - it is right at a very noisy street crossing with lots of traffic, day and night, and the sound insulation of the windows is not sufficient. Despite ear plugs, it was not pleasant at all, and I would not stay there again. The TV in my room didn’t work, and no service to fix it on the whole weekend. No response on the service phone line on saturday. Check out time is 10 am, and the cleaning lady was ringing my door bell at 10 am sharp. I find that too early - 11 am would be acceptable (with a check-in time at 3 pm as is now).

Great value for money

This apartment is excellent value for money. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and comfortable. We each had a bedroom, a kitchen, and our own wardrobe. We also had a fan in each room to help with the heat at night. The duvets and pillows were very comfy, and the apartment is modern. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful - shampoo and conditioner was provided which was great! Note that the private bathroom (only you have access) is across the corridor from the apartment, however, you are provided with robes and we did not find it an issue. The apartment is a few minutes walk from a tram stop which takes you to the airport (15 mins) and further into the city, while the train station is also a few minutes walk away too. There are also plenty of food shops nearby to stock up on food and drink. Check in process was easy. For the price, we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment for travel to Oerlikon/Zurich!

The apartment is on a main road making it quite loud, however, this is unavoidable in the city. The apartment is quite warm but the fan helps. There is also a kebab shop underneath the apartment which sometimes gives off a bit of a whiff - nothing major though.
