barely no wifi on apartment BA03, booked for 3 guest but only 2 chairs provided. issues reported and nothing done

very very little wifi for all 4 nights, I complained on 2nd day and nothing changed, I had to buy roaming cable on my own expenses. I paid for a 2 bed apartment for 3 guest but only 2 chairs, costumer service said a 3rd chair doesn't fit which was not true (we used another extra chair from another apartment). description said living room AND dinning room, but no sofa/s or armchair or anything close to living room. super high heating and because on lower ground floor not option to keep windows open. feel of low maintenance although it was clean

Absolute nothing to like, it was the poorest conditions I had so far in my hole traveling experience. The only positive side was that the Bahnhof was near. Nothing like photos they posted on Booking.com

Everything should be better. We have changed room twice and both rooms has black mold everywhere, walls were destroyed, on one apartment the lamp was burned on the wall and not changed, every corner with mold and spiderweb. the hole building has a disgusting smelling, and the personal on phone very rude, unprofessional, they did not spoke German at all. They didn't answer messages from booking and did nothing to help us.

The only thing good about the accommodation was the location

Getting the access code was a nightmare, they supposedly told me I haven't given them all the information they needed for my stay when I never received their email, then it was a challenge to get this across to them whilst waiting outside in the dark and snow. HOT WATER, none available. BED BUG in one of the beds.... that's terrible. Room was really stuffy as it was almost basement like.

Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely everything was terrible. Property’s so-called 24/7 customer service isn’t 24/7, their phone didnt answer even after 2 calls and waiting on the line for approximately 15 minutes. Finally they answered on booking.com, but even that with a big delay. The property wasnt clean, smelled weird (from cigarette smoke?), bathroom had mold infestation, walls were paper thin (we heard neighbours conversation at 4am word by word to our bedroom), furniture was old and max squeaky (the bed), kitchen cabinet door was falling off, neither one of the 2 TVs didnt work, the property’s elevator didnt work (although as they said, this should’ve been an short error), all the street noise was hearable so loudly in the apartment, apartment inside doors didnt shut correctly and were also very squeaky, light fixtures didnt work, falling off from the ceiling or didnt have any light bulbs in, radiators bubbled and the water was making noise in them very loudly, kitchen appliances were old and pretty unusable (pan sticked all the food onto it), there was a coffee machine but no coffee whatsoever also there werent any salt or other spices for your food. The parking costs extra, for approximately 60€ for 48hrs.

Close to Halle and Bahnhof.

Not easy to find the flat by car, parking place not tall enough for my simple car to fit in, appartment situated underground, and hence,no windows, table and chairs in the lobby, no armchair or such,nust the lobby, the bedrooms and the bathroom. The worse : no pressure in the shower, and hence, simply drops of water, but no shower per se.

Poor state, still value for money

Good location, easy to reach. The kitchen in the room was a big plus. It was clean and well - equipped.

Visionapartments runs quite some apartments around the city. With a business like this, I would expect the rooms to be in a better state. I have stayed in few of them and I was really disappointed by the state of this one. The socket on the wall was broken. The kitchen faucet was loose from the counter and moving around. The one in the bathroom was broken moving constantly back to hot water. The ventilation system in the bathroom did not seem to work. Plus, this was a booking for two people and the room only had one chair. So, after preparing dinner one of us had to enjoy it standing!

Sad.Experience

Location. Near the tram and train station.

There were only two thin pillows for me and my wife. Since I need to elevate my head when sleeping (vertigo), I emailed and requested for two more pillows. It fell on deaf ears and never came. I even had a hard time paying using my credit card for a one day extension. I was willing to pay cash since the payment Link they sent isn't working but they didn't bother to send someone to facilitate the payment. Instead they sent an email telling me to settle the amount or we vacate the room! I had to ask my son in the Philippines to pay for me using another platform, Atome to pay for my extension.

Location best part of the stay.

No air con, do not book in summer. Window open for fresh air means traffic noise. Main road less than 6m from the bed means no sleep. Do not stay unless desperate.

The location is convenient for easy travel to the airport and to central Zurich.

We were given a basement apartment which was unbearably hot with little ventilation. We could not see outside as had to keep curtains closed. We were charged to move rooms despite the terrible standard of the room we had been given. The photos on the website did not represent what we arrived to. Absolutely shocking customer service. Ruined our holiday.

It’s a prime location, bus, train and tram station less than 100m. All grocery shops, cafe and restaurants with in walking distance. Best place to live.

The location was excellent

The apartment was on the ground floor, and it felt very noisy when the windows were open. During my stay, the temperature was around 30°C, but the room only had one fan that didn’t work properly. If you put a piece of paper in front of it, it wouldn’t even move. I contacted their customer support, but they said they couldn’t provide another fan or anything else. I think it’s crazy that they rent this place in the summer—especially to people coming from colder places—and they don’t even offer a proper fan in a room that traps heat. Whenever I came in from the street, it felt like a wall of heat hitting my face. The temperature inside was even worse than outside.

Well located but mediocre apartment

It is strategically located close to Oerlikon train station and has a lot of facilities around.

The bed was quiet and not very comfortable. The shower was not holding and showering was really uncomfortable. There were only 2 big towels, but not small towels. Only 1 small sample of body was and shampoo for 2 people. It was very noice, because close to a Main Street and the blinds did not shut, so both noice and light were intense.

We prefered Visionapartments for its location,close to all kind of transportation and Hallenstadion. Easy to find,easy access,well prepared . Quick responses.Had and issue with coffee machine but its been replaced with a brand new one the next morning. Reasonable price in Zurich standards.

Travelled for work now 10 years and 20 years in vacations.

Too Cheap.

- No curtains, so all the people living on next door flat were able to see directly to bed - No carpets, epoxy floor, extremely slippy after shower - Old building so all sounds through floors 1-4 could be heard thtough - Also windows passed sound through and there was 247 traffic on street passing next to building - Air was damp, moldy on top of stove and in bathroom - Noisy possibly junkie neighbor blasted music from 16 to 23 and after that started to break down his appartment cops were called but they just drove by... no help.. no backup chain in door.. stayed awake till 4am when he started to slow down after throwing up from his balkony.

A comfortable, clean, and well-equipped apartment that made for an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Our stay at the apartment was very pleasant. The place was exceptionally clean, including all the dishes and kitchen utensils. We had access to three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a desk and a wardrobe, which made the stay comfortable and convenient. The mattresses are on the softer side, but this did not affect the quality of our sleep. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would gladly recommend it to others.

This is the worst apartment In the world The detailed list of problems. 1) First of all this apartment never met specifications mentioned in booking.com. 2) The apartment given to us was in the basement which is 1 floor down the road. 3) The room is terribly hot all the time. No air-conditioning. They gave us a fan but it did not work and no air. Two sleep less nights due to too hot and too noisy. 4) Since the hotel is beside road and is in basement all the polluted air, smoke and noisy directly came In the room. Windows are on the road. It was terrible room and sleep less nights in my stay. 5) The beds are very old. Mattress was just a spring, moving one person makes other one move away. 6) We travelled from Barcelona to Zurich in the morning 9AM. We arrived the apartment and requested for early checkin. They did not allow us to come in. We spoke with customer care for 4 times and had word with cleaning person to clean it quickly. We got room ready and moved in. Customer service charged 42EUR Extra for this and did not allow us to check in until paid online. 7) we used washing machine seems not working and no notice on it. We kept clothes and locked by machine. They did not get it repaired and took clothes after 1 day. Overall its a terrible stay in my life with a sleepless nights and got sickness. Bad and old rooms with old bedding. Tooo hot. No air-conditioning. Under basement. It should be notified during booking. I am complaining on this and booking.com must take action on this. We raised a complaint on the apartment and raised a compensation of 600EUR for making us too troubled. Small kids suffered a lot along with us.

Location is good, you have planty of options to get to the city center, airport, railway station and other parts of Zürich. We were provided with a fan upon our request.

If is very noisy. TV wasn’t working, the problem wasn’t solved during our short stay. Only one blanket for two people. There was only one set of towels when we arrived (cleaning lady brought the second set of towels only the next day). Dust and dead spiders in the corners. Scratched and damaged walls. Cockroaches both big and small coming from the bathroom.
