Almost perfect except for the temperature in the bathroom. No way to adjust it. Too warm for us even on winter. Im not sure if this was meant to double as a sauna. But overall its very clean, close to train station and lots of good restaurants around.

Location is perfect. It is one stop away from Zurich HB and about 5-10 minutes to airport station. The walk from the stay to Oerlikon Station was about 5 minutes. There were also direct train/tram to major attractions.
Check in is at 4pm. We came earlier and was glad that there was a phone provided for us to use at the self check in counter. We had to ask if we could leave our luggages. The staff was clear and able to assist with the procedure. When we came back to do the self check in, everything went smoothly.
The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It felt luxurious. It was clean and small bottles of shampoo and soap were provided. The lift was also big enough to fit our 2 big luggages.
There's a Domino's, Kebab and Lebanese restaurant just below.

We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment on 4th floor and the lift was not in service for most of the time.
(Only time it work was 1 evening and 1 morning)
During check in, I spoke to the guest service, Mr. Emilio to inform him that the lift was not working, all he did was to "apologize for the inconvenience" and say there was nothing else he can do...! He did not even bother or have the initiative to offer to check and see if he could assign an alternative unit, only say "I'm sorry that you will have to carry your luggages up to level 4 or wait for the lift technician to arrive which I don't know what time it will be"
On another note, the shower room is very small and ventilation is poor in the toilet. Also, there was no dish washing detergent and sponge, only a dishwasher (silly to wash just 2 plates, cups and spoons in the machine..!) whereas it will take only a few minutes to manually wash the dishes.
The studio unit also do not have black out curtains, so you can't sleep in due to the light coming in. Overall, not impressive for the price, will not recommend unless you don't mind lugging your heavy luggages up due to the very unreliable elevator..!
