We had fun in Zermatt. Accomodation wise was just okay

People are nice

A bit old esp the toilet and toiletries. You could hear footsteps from upstairs.

An easy place to stay in Zurich. We would gladly stay here on our next visit.

We enjoyed our time there. It was very easy to catch the tram or train into the city to explore each day.

The pillows were rather feeble and there was only one per person. Extra pillows would have been useful.

Closeness to the airport (car+public commute) and city (by car). Options to buy water, snacks and stuff within the hotel. Comfy bed. Air-conditioning (which really wasn't an option at a lot of places in Switzerland).

Very basic for the price, I have stayed in other cities/countries at B&B chain, they are much generous like free coffee and water etc.

*AVOID* these people are scammers and need to be banned from advertising on booking.com.

*AVOID* They cancelled our room with less than 24 hours notice siting construction works! I had tried to contact them in the run up to confirm a few things. No reply. To add insult after cancelling on us they then readvertised the apartment the next day. Disgraceful treatment. Left us in a real trouble with no where to stay. **AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE**

Good value for money we paid! Clean room, fast wifi, great location.

I was really impressed with this hotel, it was honestly such a great value for the price we paid. The location was convenient, and even though we had big and heavy luggage, it was still easy to get there by train. I especially want to say a big thank you to Diana, who was amazing and made our stay truly unforgettable. She was super kind, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without her! She gave us a free tourist guide how to explore Zurich in one day, and we were very impressed by it. She is very passionate about what she does and she deserves recognition by the Main B&B office. She is really, really talented and kind. I will tell all my Canadian friends to visit this hotel and ask Diana for help, if they are travelling to Zurich. P.S. Thank you for your small gifts :)

Breakfadt was very adequate. It was very close to transport and that was was all explained on sheet along with maps.

Convenient for a one night stay

The location is very convenient, well connected to train line and close to a beautiful shopping centre

Don’t think it is the fault of the hotel, but after the payment was taken (as often happens in advance) I was charged a foreign exchange fee in spite of having paid in chf with a Swiss chf card

Too many hassles as a tourist

Room size. Clean linen and cleaning everyday.

Nothing nearby since it's in a business district - no supermarket, no cafe, no laundry. Train station is a bit far, 10 minutes walk and costs double to commute since it's in a different zone. No water glasses, no coffee mugs, no water in room

A modern accommodation at 20 min by train from downtown Zurich

We liked the location, the cleanliness and the quietness of the room (despite the fact that the highway is at a few meters from the building). It's an affordable and comfortable accommodation.

Comparatively cheap and clean. Near train station.

They uses small and soft paper cup for brushing teeth. Actually can use better quality paper cup. And breakfast uses also paper cup for coffees and tea.

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean and cozy. Close to the train station and just 15 mins away from Zurich HB. The hotel staff were very well behaved and gave clear instructions. Overall a very good hotel, no complaints!

Really good and well maintained property. Is missing some items like kettles etc but overall really good value for money. The train station is nearly 600m away that can take you anywhere.
