The housekeeping just folds the blanket and doesn’t change the sheets and pillowcases it had blood for 2 days they come fold the blanket and leave without cleaning and they don’t refill the water or add tea bags way worse than 2022

Convenient to go to old town and air port. The room come with bathtub and 2 sinks.

The frontdesk officers are friendly and helpful, however, the room services are not. The room are not soundproof. Can hear the celebration in functions room even at 10pm.

Nice stay for the most part

Easy location to tram and airport. Good amount of restaurant choices around Room style was very cool quiet Room service was quick and food was very good Tub was EXCELLENT! I took a bath 3 times in one night's stay!!!

1. The USB ports didn't work and were far away from the bed so even if they did work, the phone would not be near you charging. 2. The thermostat only went down to 18 and room was too hot. 3. Was charged for a service that was supposed to be cancelled.

This Hotel is not recommended at all.

I expected more from a 5 star Hotel. The Rooms were wayyyy too small with too many bulky things around. The rooms were basically too congestes. Not recommended for someone with claustrophobia. There was no space to put the luggage and open it. We had to put the bags on our beds. The rooms smelt fishy. I dont know what caused that fishy/eggy odour but it was really extreme. We booked for 5 adults. They put an extra temporary bed in one of the double rooms which was way too small in length for an adult. The Temperature was too high and the AC didn't cool down the room at all. The car park is of the Hotel itself but not free! For just over an hour i had to pay about 6 or 8 euros. I didnt really like the stay there at all.

Note: when you arrive from Zurich Airport and wanted tram transport chose Glittpark for other option you need to type it . Then direct zone . Price CHF 4.80 in 6 to 7 minutes you will reach Kameha hotel.

No Air conditioning during night I was sweating. Can't change the temperature and noted its not hotel fault but it's city law. The breakfast is very limited option with too expansive price. Prefer more food options for breakfast satisfy all taste of hotel guest.

Quiet and efficient business stay

It was a short business stay which fit my needs. The hotel is well located and although almost on the corner of a big road I had a good night in a quiet room. The room was clean and in good shape, besides the button to switch off the AC which was quite resistant until it reacted.

There is not much to say, but the price for just the short stay with breakfast was quite high, especially since there was no need for any of the facilites besides a short visit of the gym, the breakfast and the room itself.

Disappointing and expensive.

I paid for breakfast included but the hotel told me that it was not included and it was quite expensive to buy so I paid for breakfast outside of the hotel. I raised this with them but they did not offer a refund.

I was locked out of my room because the battery in the door lock was flat, the TV did not work.

I gave it a go as it’s close enough to the Hallenstadion, but am not going back: There are better options.

Beautiful design - but as usual with these fancy hotels, it’s form over function…nice designed room. The price was attractive and the amenities were acceptable.

Deluxe room: 1. According to the pictures AND the description on the booking, a coffee machine is available in the room. Surprisingly there was only a kettle and instant coffee available. I was promised at reception that it would be rectified - and yes, I’m still waiting. 2. This has a bath, but if the bath plug is not functional the water leaks out - so what’s the point. Complicated lighting (and possible bluetooth) - couldn’t solve it satisfactorily without an engineer’s talents. Reception was a pain. Bar was so-so. This whole area smelled of smoke from the fumoir Cleaning is not up to standard - my wife discovered some hairs in the bath and around the basins. The sauna was only open from 15:00….
