The hotel is located three bus stops from the airport, and there are several grocery stores nearby. Check-in was extremely fast (it felt like about 3 minutes). Complimentary drinks in the minibar were a nice bonus, although there were no sugar-free options. Overall, if I needed to stay in Zurich for one night between flights, I would choose this hotel again.

The hotel is great for a short term business trip. I stayed for roughly two weeks and quite enjoyed myself. It's quiet and in a good location, and the staff are friendly.

Good location near the airport, modern and clean room, good value.
After we got to our room (close to 23h; reception is only staffed 13h-23h) we tried calling reception to tell them that some of the guests on our floor were screaming and loudly dragging furniture around, but no one answered. We did not feel comfortable leaving our room to go downstairs so we decided to try to sleep. However, a couple of hours later those guests were fighting in the hallway and one of them was pushed loudly onto our door. Terrifying. We tried calling the hotel’s after-hours emergency number but no one answered.
