Great location near the airport, the place is fully automated

the automated checkin was nice, the location is great and the bed was comfortable

There is no one to speak with because it's all automated. we were on 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work so we had to carry our luggage ourselves which was a nightmare. the only replied to me on the next day which was already late.

Good bed, interesting bathroom...

The bed was extremely comfortable,there is a lot of space. I like to sleep in the dark and the curtains are really occulting, the free coffee is a plus too. Lastly, the Salto key access is very easy and well-working.

The bathroom was a bit old, felt a bit cheap, and MOST IMPORTANTLY when I tried to take a bath, the water came out with a weird tint, spitting out sometimes some sort of blue dye?? So I didn't shower.. Secondly less important but there was a room that was kind of empty except for a little seat on the corner, which was a bit weird but okay. Lastly, the on/off button of the TV remote in the living didn't work, but the one related to the other TV worked perfectly fine :)

Recommended near the airport

Very convenient self-check-in with the app. Very large room with a kitchenette. Very close to the airport, very convenient location.

It wasn't very clean. There were some cobwebs around the room, and I killed a couple of spiders. The pillow was too low, although that's a matter of personal preference.

Perfect stay everything was amazing

Honestly I really like this place. Cuz it's affordable plus you everything. Like they have stove,dishwasher,regular Fridge,plates and cooking pot. It's quite on Night even close to the Airport. The hotel it's like apartment style. The stuff is helpful. They respond you right away. Plus you have space to park your car.

Not much around in terms of restaurants or shops, a fair trek to train station and then to the city. Do not get an airport taxi! Uber much cheaper

Honesty everything is good like room and location but the problem we meet make us disappointed

We had put our luggage and rich the city center, when we return the door didn't open ,it was 9 o'clock after many calls without result we discover that the battery of door's sensor is off we told the property they send one girl trying to solve that but she can't so we had locked out from 9 pm till 8 am without bath,food,water and sleeping in a small room down on chairs. they didn't offer a good room or anything. At the morning one guy come and he need only 5 min to fix the problem It's so humiliating how we were treated especially in a country we thought respected people

Clean modern room in Zurich

Nice modern room, induction cooking range provided with basic pans and cutlery , bathroom was clean, parking- paid 10 Euros at the time of booking was at the back of the building, self check in process, Apartment in a building shared by a high end Thai restaurant. Have to download a separate app for entry into building and room( keyless ). A bit far from Zurich center- 12 min drive. Coop and migaros supermarket 3 min drive. Nice lift. Good central Air conditioning.

Good facilities and location near the airport

You can't sleep. Planes take off from 5 am all the way till midnight.. Terrible noise.. Too much to sleep. The apartment was dirty and the key card left inside the apartment didn't work. Checkin was complicated and IT requires you to download and app for the key card. I'll not stay in this apartment again

Close to the airport

Although AC is listed as an amenity, it is not true. The room also was not cleaned properly, there is not a single staff member on site, and they will not answer any questions or send anyone to fix anything. The room was unbearably hot, and opening the windows allowed mosquitoes in. We had to cancel our stay and move to the Holiday Inn Express (which was amazing!) because of these. Please spend the extra $30 and stay somewhere else, even if it is just for a night.

A very comfortable stay in north Zürich, close to airport and amenities

Whilst the specific location was a 10min walk from Glattbrugg rail station, if you plan ahead you can route your walk along the small river, which is a bonus. I needed to attend work events in the area, so this location was perfect for me. I was very pleasantly surprised by the spacious accommodations - open plan kitchen diner into a small lounge area, separate spacious bedroom with tv and place to unpack clothing, separate dressing area and extra cupboard, and separate bathroom - all very clean, light, airy, top condition - I would certainly consider staying here again.

This is not a negative, just a heads up to future travellers - the checkin/ checkout experience is 100% digital and timed to the minute, i.e. if checkin is 3pm, you will literally stand outside the door until 15:00:01 before being able to enter the building.

Pathetic

The air conditioner was not working in 32 degrees celsius temperature and the room was very hot. The customer support told us to wait for a technician to fix the issue but no one came and we had to stay in the room to keep waiting for the technician. He told that they would issue a refund if the problem is not fixed but no refund was issued. Our booking was then shown as cancelled on the website. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Please avoid stay during weekend as there is no support on holiday.

It’s a really convenient place to stay in when you have an early flight to take.

It was very clean

I had a window opened and as it’s next to the airport it can be really noisy, and I couldn’t close it cause it was broken, so I called the hotel to mention it and they said they would call me back, but no one did it, and I did it third time! Also, I made a mistake in booking my room, I booked for 2 people but I was actually alone, and I mentioned it a few days before a went there to ask if they could modify the daily tax per person, but they didn’t reply it, so I paid for 2 people instead of one because if it.

We had an amazing staying here

The room was amazing, super big, there was everything we needed. There was a coffee machine that made a good coffee. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Super easy check in and check out

Das Apartment war zwar schön hergerichtet aber man hat gemerkt, dass es eigentlich alt ist. Wenn man geduscht hat, verteilte sich ein ganz komischer Geruch im Bad. Es gab keine Rezeption und über mir hatten zwei Frauen eine Party mit Musik und haben über den ganzen Gang immer laut geredet… ohne Rezeption gab es keine Möglichkeit das zu unterbinden und ich hatte eine wichtigen Test am nächsten Tag. Außerdem war es nicht sauber… ich habe helle Haare und auf der Toilette als auch in der Dusche waren schwarze Haare. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt. Ich bin ständig in fremde Krümel gestiegen

Tolles preiswertes Apartment

Sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Kuehlschrank. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und damit hat man gut Platz. Sehr angenehm ist auch der angebotenen Parkplatz bei Anreise mit Auto.

Leider war der Backofen nicht funktionsfaehig und hier und da haette es etwas sauberer sein koennen. Der Zugang mit der Flexipass App ist eigentlich ganz schoen und einfach, aber da es nur mit dem Code beim ersten Oeffnen funktioniert, ist das nervig, wenn man das nicht weiss oder einen Tippfehler macht. Wir mussten die App 2x loeschen und neu installieren.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber und konfortabel. Einfach alles Super.

Die Erklärung wie man zu seinem Zimmer kommt ist sehr schlecht. Es gibt nicht nur junge Leute die Reisen, die kennen sich mit solchen Sachen aus und haben moderne Handys, sprechen oft auch gut Englisch. Es gibt auch Leute die haben keine Handys, und sprechen kein Englisch,die schlafen dann vor der Eingangstüre. Meine Frau und ich (85 Jahre) standen 1 Stunde vor der Türe, wenn uns ein anderer Gast nicht geholfen hätte, hätten wir die Nacht wohl im Vorraum verbracht. Jetzt nachdem wir wissen wie das funktioniert, ist es für uns kein Problem mehr. Die Einweisung sollte besser sein..................

War in Ordnung

Die Terrasse war sehr verwachsen hätte schöner gemacht gehört auch die Sitz Möglichkeiten haben gefehlt. Das Bad vor allem die Dusche war nicht sehr Sauber teilweise schon Stellen mit Schimmel. Die Dusch Halterung war nicht für den Duschkopf geeignet daher ist er ständig herunter gefallen könnte man schnell und günstig beheben. Die Waschbecken Abflüsse waren auch nicht sehr Sauber. Die Heizung im Schlafzimmer hat ständig gegluckert da wahrscheinlich zu viel Luft im Heizkörper war. Ansonsten war es Sauber die Ausstattung hat gut gepasst. Wenn das alles behoben wäre komme ich gern nochmal

Agradável, ficaria mais nesse lugar, pelo conforto.

Acomodação bem confortável e muito bonitinha. Espaçosa e com cozinha. Ficamos apenas 1 dia mas recomendo.

Fica distante do centro. Check in automático, pelo app, uma moça nos ajudou mas não sei se ela fazia parte do staff ou se era uma hóspede que só nos ajudou.

Alles war super dort!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles war sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es war angenehm warm und insgesamt hat wirklich alles gepasst. Wir waren sehr zufrieden – vielen Dank! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.

Meine bevorzugte Unterkunft für Zürich

Superbequemes Bett, zwei Fernseher (!), gutausgestattete Küche, funktionales Badezimmer. Obwohl morgens jeweils ab 6 Uhr von Süden angeflogen und die Liegenschaft direkt überflogen wird, war es dank den Schallschutzfenstern erstaunlich ruhig. In Fussnähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Eine kitzekleine Anmerkung: der Wasserkocher hat einen Stecker, der sich nicht an der Stromdose anschliessen lässt... Unbedingt ändern.
