I was not happy with the hotel and would not stay there again. However, the staff in the Bistro were very kind and helpf

The facility was more like a motel than a hotel. There was limited support to checkin which was done on a self check in basis. I arrived late at night in the rain and it was extremely difficult and uncomfortable to find out how to check in.

Nice vibe

The room was very clean and comfortable, big and comfy. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was really nice. I liked the whole vibe of the neighborhood. We liked our stay. Metro is near.

The noise of the traffic is really loud and it bothered us during the night. They gave us earplugs, but unfortunately I can't wear them. The staff was really nice, but when we arrived they didn't give us any information about what services they offer. It was like they didn't want to sell their services.We missed this. Also we had only one key for the room and when my husband went out alone we had only two options or I remained in the room without lights or he went out without the key. Also they didn't leave any phone number for emergencies that we could contact.

The renovation and paving of the gravel road were not what you expect when you go on holiday. Dusty entrance road is like you are in a remote village. Entrance was shared with private apartments. The reception and restaurant close way too early.

Decent hotel close enough to Zurich centre for easy travel but far enough out to be more affordable.

A hotel but not as you might expect it, with the rooms being 20 metres away from the reception and breakfast area as part of the residential apartments - that said we didn't see the residents, but all of the Zurich residential areas seems quiet. Fairly easy to get to, two stops on the train from Zurich centre and then 2 tram stops or a 15 minute walk. Much cheaper than the hotel accommodation in the middle of Zurich, but then cheap and Zurich are not two words you tend to find in the same sentence.

Decent room, but horrible wifi connection.

Good room, frequently cleaned.

Pretty lousy wifi connection. We complained twice, and they responded quickly, but there was still a bad or unstable wifi connection throughout. We were on the 6th floor, and I'm not sure if this was the reason. This was a business trip; hence, Wi-Fi was essential, and it made it bad.

Value for money stay in Zurich

Courteous Staff. Good Location, a minute walk from Tram Station and a good view from room balcony. Spacious and Clean Room. Basic amenities were available. Good breakfast.

All basic facilities were available, ....except felt that, the given water bottles and a small size hot water kettle, was insufficient for our family of 4....a couple and 2 sons, teenager and youth.

The apartment was new, and clean. One of the cheapest and good looking room near Zurich

It is not really an hotel, it is more a service apartment building. The access to the apartment is difficult, as the pathway to the lift is full of small stone. If you have heavy luggage, it is very difficult to bring them to the lift. Very hot in the summer, and very noisy if you open the window. For small kids (2-3 years), I found it a bit dangerous, as protection fence has some gaps between floor and fence body.

questionable cleanliness, and too much non-sense for a no-nonsense hotel.

staff was helpful enough and friendly though, which is necessary because they need to describe the disconnected areas of this complicated hotel

the toilet wasn't fully cleaned. bathroom garbage wasn't emptied; even at a cheap hotel they would do this. strange concept of hotel in residential building. poor location in strange development. you will want to kill yourself in Zurich traffic getting to and from the city. and at night lots of noise from the streets.
