The building was easy to find and the keys were easy to retrieve from the box. Instructions were very clear. Lots of places to eat in the area, including a nice vegan bakery right around the corner. About a 5 minute walk from the Oerlikon train station. Just make sure to exit the station from the back.

Close to airport and train station
Mold on bathroom Ceiling. The door to the balcony did not close. Trash from

The location is great, as the place is right next to Oerlikon station (but it's a couple of streets away--so, zero noise from trains). Shops of all kinds are nearby. The room and the bathroom are rather spacious, especially for such a cheap price. And even if they were smaller--the price is unbeatable for an appart hotel of this kind in Zurich!
The kettle in the room was not working--impossible to switch it on, so, maybe think of checking and/or replacing it. The matrass was not so comfy. For one night, it's absolutely fine, especially for this price--but I would maybe not appreciate it if I stayed longer.
