At our arrival we found only one towel set (we were 2 people): I immediately contacted the property to have a second towel set, but only the next day they bring it us. So the first day we had to share the only towel available. About the bed, one of the two mattresses was broken in one side (very uncomfortable!)

Convenient location

I visited this apartment because I had an event to attend at Halle 550. For this reason, the location was great - very close to the train station, Halle 550, coop and other stores as well. It had a small kitchen, fridge, microwave included and all the necessary cutlery and cups, plates. So it was convenient for a short stay.

The street number was clear when i was provided the info, but actually getting there was very confusing, as the google map doesn't show me the exact entrance. then there were 3 different building entrances. It was difficult to find it. It would be way more convenient and clearer if a bit more detailed description was provided. and the room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was clearly written that smoking is prohibited.

Great for Food Delivery Lovers & Comfortable In-Room Living

I had a great experience staying at Vision Apartments near Oerlikon station. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed — dishes, cups, microwave, induction stove, and other basic kitchen essentials. It was very convenient for a short or extended stay. The check-in process was seamless and fully contactless, which I appreciated. There’s no reception, but everything was clearly communicated and easy to follow. Minimal intervention made the whole stay smooth and hassle-free. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Oerlikon station, making it easy to get around Zurich. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical, self-sufficient stay near public transport!

The bathroom is quite small, which might be uncomfortable for longer stays. Accessing the building (No. 50) can be confusing. It’s located inside a complex, and Google Maps isn't very accurate. The sign for buildings 48–50 is easy to miss — clearer signage would really help. There’s a pigeon problem near the entrance. It’s messy and uninviting. A permanent solution to prevent pigeons from nesting there would improve the experience.

Bad Customer Support

Kitchen utensils were good enough Property was located near airport and a major train station

- Reached 45 earlier and had to make an international call to request early checkin, after 3 mins waiting the lady on the call requested a payment of 42 CHF for 42 mins. - As apartment was on main street so it was noisy. - It's understandable there is no AC however a fan should be there as it was quite warm. - Due to late evening flight requested a late paid checkout of 6:00PM, host agreed for extra payment however confirmation email showed checkout time of 4:00PM. Had to go through again to fix this. - No cleaning and no refills for 3.5 days stay. - Shiny paint on floors make the foot sticky. No shoes were provided.

I booked the Hotel for 3 person stay and I had requested for parking spot for my rental car, they did send me the booking information about the parking spot reservation, I booked the parking lot from their provided service partner (ShareP) I paid CHF48.00 for parking 2 nights this was all done 1 week prior to my arrival to the hotel. First night no issues but the second night after I parked someone towed my vehicle and I have to chase them for my car and paid CHF 450.00 to get my car back my hole trip was ruined by the vision apartment. The whole apartment and the parking spot provider’s are cheating When I call the ShareP (car parking company) they are not responding properly, Send an email 3 days ago still no response

Goog place to stay.

The apartment was quite spacious, had a bedroom with a terrace, a kitchenette, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. It offered good conditions for relaxation and work. The bed was large, maybe a little too soft. Very good location, within reach of the train station, public transport and shops.

The terrace faced a busy street. This, combined with the lack of air conditioning (standard in Switzerland and I knew it) and the necessity of having the windows open, meant that the noise from the street was quite bothersome.

Great flat but can become hot if you're in the ground floor - you can't safely open windows!

Excellent location, spacious and well-furnished for what I needed for my short trip.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. I was in a ground floor flat - windows open very widely into the street with no restrictors or rails, meaning that it's unsafe to leave them open at night or generally (someone can simply jump in!). It's not helped by the fact that the bathroom has no proper door, so moisture can find its way to the bed. The ground floor flat is therefore very uncomfortable in summer. I suggest fitting restrictors or providing a fan at least...

Very bad experience.

Nice location but too expensive considering the room's situation.

No air conditioning despite the 35 degrees in the evening. Due to our room being on the sidewalk, we had to keep the window open but not the curtains, so we kept the curtains closed to maintain privacy, which caused even more ventilation to be blocked. Due to road noise, cars, ambulances, and the heat, we couldn't sleep for the entire two-night period. The only fan there was not working. The walls of the toilet were dirty and the room and sheets had a strong smell of cigarettes. Poor comunication. The directions to the room were unclear, so it took us 30 minutes to find it and no one answered our messages.

In Vision Apartments the stay was really bad. They Overcharged me for 2 nights. They were doing things against the promises. I rented 2 Apartments BB32 & BB43 and its a pure waste of money.

Biggest scam in the history

It was close to the hallenstadion and the bus and tram station/shops

for Mini Studio apartment - It was hard to find, place was too small, property didn’t look at all like the pictures, the bathroom was dirty, we found small black hairs in the shower, the bathroom has like 2m (its so small) you have only one mirror and thats on the small bathroom. The sink is almost impossible to use. The bed is SO SMALL, 120x200, it said large bed for 2 people but you can barely fit 2 people in, me and my friend slept so bad because we could barely move in the bed. The kitchen stove looks dangerous to cook, in 2 days no one came to clean or to empty the trash bins, floor was also dirty, the whole apartment was the size of my room at my house (4x5m) For 2 nights it was bearable but it really upset us as we had bigger expectations and we were quite excited. I will never go again to that place. When we contacted the property to complain about the way the room is, all we got “the pictures are informative and it didnt say it would match, but when you booked with us you had a description of the apartment there” so basically don’t get fooled by the pictures. Its such a scam.

The appartment is great value for money. It is very well located close to the Oerlikon station. It is clean and has everything needed for a short stay.

There is hardly any daylight because of the heavy external curtains facing the busy street. This was apparent from the previous reviews, but should be counted with.

Practical location, well equipped, good value for money, but too much street noise for country folk

The apartment was spacious, well equipped and clean. The bed was comfortable. The railway station was only a short walk away. The decor was simple, which we prefer to living with someone else's choice of pictures. We were not disturbed by any of the other guests in any way.

The street noise was much too loud for us. There are two sets of traffic lights on the Binzmühlestrasse side and revving at the lights and accelerating away were particularly noisy. I have to say that we live in the country and are therefore much more sensitive to noise

Perfect apartment to stay Zurich

Comfortable apartment with kitchen amenities. A few meters away to bus and tram stops, close to city. Quiet neighborhood. Self check in with instructions.

We find all in order. Suggest to have a baggage storage area to accommodate early tourists /guests arrival before 3pm check in.

Location was great. You are close to bus stops, train station, food places, Shisha bars etc .

We arrived August 1st which is apparently a holiday. There were loud fire crackers all night, which prevented us from sleeping. On top of the fire works you can hear every movement coming from the other apartments which lets us know the walls are very thin. Coming from Germany we only had German adapters & converters for our chargers. We were told by a maintenance man that we could receive converters from the customer service desk. I emailed asking for converters & was told the cleaning crew would bring them. Hours had passed & we had not received anything. I called seeing if I could get the converters from customer service myself & was told there was no customer service desk & I would have to wait. We ended up going store to find converters & ended up buying our own. Upon return to our room we seen that the cleaning crew had come into the apartment without notice & left converters. On the second day we asked for fresh towels & were told we would receive some in the morning. Morning came, no fresh towels. So I emailed again & was told them telling me we would receive fresh towels in the morning was a technical mishap & they do not provide fresh towels during short stays. So, I guess we were expected to use the same 4 towels amongst two people for 4 days . Also due to the rooms being very hot at night we opened the windows. Every morning we were woken up by the other guest being outside the windows being very loud.

Basement flat - Not recommended.

- Confortable beds - Other amenities (shower gel, towels, dishwasher,...) - Well located near tram, train, bus stations, supermarkets,... (20min to the city center)

- Flat in a basement that was not informed. - No air conditionate. It was quite hot. - Transport service from Airport to the apartments announced by booking was not available at the end and we had to manage the transport. Misleading information. - Small windows to the street / parking. Pollution from cars and motorbikes enter through the windows if you keep them opened. - No room service included during the stay. - No place to store luggage after check out. Vision apartments didn't give a solution and we had to find a place to store the bags. Very useless if you leave the city in the afternoon-evening. - High price compared with other market options for the same standards.
