Spacious apartment

The apartment is clean, very spacious. Location is convenient, near the train station and tram. Easy check in and check out. Good quality / price.

Everything was good about the stay.

At the time, there were construction work going on opposite to the Hotel. I know, its not related to the Hotel, but apart from this there was no drawback.

Terrible! Avoid! Completely a different property than advertised.

Not at all the same place as advertised in the photos. Smelled bad, bedding barely covered one person, hole in one bedroom door, man’s genitalia drawn on the wall of the other. Tried several times to contact them about a partial refund and was ignored completely.

Very cold inside the apartment No microwave No kettle No coffee maker No dishwasher capsules No frying pan Very uncomfortable pillow Bed wasn't very firm No nightstand next to the bed No sponge or dish soap to wash the glasses Single comforter, should have been a double comforter There was only one key in the apartment There were many things missing from the apartment description, this should be updated.

It was perfect to crash for the night with the location near airport. But It was not a nice hotel.

The location was perfect. Right near Aldi and other fast food restaurants. And it was walking distance from the train station or any bus station. That was perfect!

There is no AC and so we opened the windows and it was very loud. The trains passed by and it was so noisy. The room wasn’t really up to date either. The couch was so gross. I wouldn’t sit in it. And the kitchen supplies were not up to date either. There wasn’t any soap to wash dishes while I was cooking. I feel like adding salt and pepper at least would be nice. The spot was decent but not fancy by any means. Would be perfect if it had more things to offer in the space!

period boots house down

Doors were firm and hard to shut. The floor was hard so one of us fell and got bruised. The windows were hard to open and had dirty stains, kitchen was dirty, the bed sheet had spiders coming out (gross)

Really disappointed

The apartment didn’t have any kind of soap, hand soap, shampoo and dishwasher, the internet was really bad and the signal is really disappointing. Overall value for your money is not worth it.

Pathetic

It was spacious

Smell was pathetic in that condo. So many times we requested to guide us to find parking and no one helped and we had to park outside even though we paid for the parking. We paid for an extra bed and never received one. Overall totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this space.

Rooms were spacious

Unfortunately, our stay in Zurich was disappointing. The apartment was very hot in August, and no fans were provided. There was ongoing construction work in front of the building, which caused noise and made it difficult to sleep. The curtains were only net curtains, so light came through very early in the morning. There was also an unpleasant smell in the property. The kitchen had a dishwasher, but no pods were supplied, and there were not enough dishes or pots. Additionally, no washing liquid, sponge, or cleaning equipment was provided. The bathroom setup was unsafe—there was no ceiling light, only a standing lamp placed next to the sink, which felt dangerous. Bear in mind if you are driving the parking is a big hassle for this property. DO NOT recommend this property if you are driving. Overall, the lack of basic essentials and poor facilities made the stay uncomfortable.

Poorly Maintained Apartment

It was a really bad experience; really dirty, unhygienic, and unclean property. The apartment is not well kept and is with broken sofas, tore bed sheet, broken lamps, and bad electrical switches. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It was sort of clean but under the bed we found old food and a vape.

Across from the trains that make so much noise as well as people walking by. Property was not as described in the pictures or description. Shower curtain is failing off. The room and linens smelled of food and cigarettes.

Good location, inefficient management

Location

There was a clear lack of consumables, like toilet paper, washing up liquid, etc. the bed, pillows and blanket were terrible. The property itself is a good sized, properly designed one. With simple ❤️ this can become a really fantastic serviced accommodation.

The location wasn’t the worst

It was dirty, there was hair on the bedsheets, trash wasn’t taken out in the kitchen. There was a very strong smell of food in the whole room. I was told there is parking, there wasn’t and the person I called to ask for help was unhelpful and unpleasant.

It was a very unpleasant stay , with management ignoring complaints

The towels had fresh stains. See picture attached. They are folding and reusing towels from precious customers. The bed had hair ( picture attached) and kitchen towel was also stained( picture attached). Inspite of repeated complaints, the management did not care and started ignoring my emails. The support team visited after our stay and acknowledged the stains , however, it seemed not a serious issue to them .

Disappointing

Ideally situated 3 mins walk from Oerlikon Station. Key collection and prompt response from hosts to any queries

Extremely poor condition of apartment, although clean and tidy the state of the headboard left a lot to be desired "AJ" has decided to coin his initials into it and the flooring is almost worn through/damaged in places. 2 single beds joined together to make 1 and the quilt was too small for me and my son. No plug for kitchen sink means you cannot fill it to do dishes and the bath is also missing a plug so could only shower.

Not what the pictures showing

The location was pretty good.

Comparing the pictures in the offer the room, it was not even similar. It was very poor quality, the floor was scratched, the bed didn't have the headrest just the dirty wall behind. The kitchen was literally falling apart. The whole apartment was smelling like cigarettes even tho when we entered the windows were open. This was actually also not pleasant since it was very cold outside so for the first hour we were sitting in our jacket in the apartment. The bathroom was maybe the nicest in the whole place but we anyway decided it's better if we are not taking a shower there since we spent just one night and we didn't feel to comfortable.

Not great stay

Unfortunately, previous occupants smoked in the room. The smell of cold smoke was strong. This made the experience very unpleasant. Upon arrival on the location, it was easy to find the key. However, I had a hard time to locate my room. Better indication are needed.

Trams and train station nearby. Comfortable bed, sofa. Spacious.

- Noisy radiator heater, had to turn it off at night. - Last day, the kitchen sink got clogged, although I didn't use it much. Apparently, neighbors were also affected and tried to clean it which let some smelly greasy liquid into my sink. - In the bathroom, the basin plug cover was missing so large objects could fall into. - A smoked cigarette from a previous guest was left in the balcony
