Absolutely comfortable and easy to travel because public transportation is walking distance a minute. Recommended complete kitchen utensils.

Only the time check in, because we arrive early to put our things at the hostel but the time is very late to enter/ check in we need to travel first for seight seeing.

The location is very convenient, and the price is quite affordable. The room has a small kitchenette where you can cook, and the bathroom provides shower gel. We cooked some food in the evening and enjoyed it on the balcony — it was very relaxing.

The smell was too strong, illumination was poor and although there were plenty of parking spaces, I tried to book one for my car and was told they were all reserved… empty slots the whole stay tho… they should update the booking profile and upload pictures the way the place looks today, so customers would know what they’ll find once there.

Very small room. Needs improvements. A lot of staff was in bad shape: broken tv, bed lamp, floor. Only small shampoo sets. We booked a room for 2 persons, we received only a blanket for one person

The location was good and transport hub and close to a beautiful park It has all equipment for cooking There was clothes iron It has safe box

The room wasn't very clean and I could see some small insects It was a bit noisy and I could hear people speaking in other rooms and lobby and even from outside (even when Windows was closed) In description it mentioned there is a electric kettle but it wasn't there There was no soap to wash hand and I should use shampoo in the bathroom to wash hands There was no dishwashing liquid to wash dishes and I have to use shampoo to wash dishes

Cheap and comfortable.

I really liked the setting of the room, and it was really clean and well organized. We wanted to check in before the timing so wo made a request and they accepted quickly, they had quick and good costumer service. I highly recommend this hotel it was really comfortable and had a reasonable price for being a hotel in a city.

I actually didn’t find anything bad, i think the price did the justice and we also had free wifi.

Good little apartment

Property is in a good location, right next to a tram stop, a grocery store 5 mins up the road and a few restaurants around. The self check in was very easy and convenient as well, there is parking behind the apartments you just need to reserve a spot in advance and it is an extra charge. Good enough facilities for one night, might be a little uncomfortable for a few nights stay. Staff that we spoke to were nice and helpful.

We booked two room, (3 bed apartment), and both rooms need a little work done on facilities. One rooms air con didn’t work, range hood was broken, door to enter the apartment was loose and made it difficult to lock and enter the room, toilet seat was a bit wobbly and a few dirty makes on the wall, also no washing up stuff for dishes. Other rooms toilet seat was completely broken, someone did come fix it without us asking so that was great, but shower was a bit ordinary and air con was very loud. All these things are minimal so it was still a comfortable enough stay but if these few things were fixed it would be a perfect stay.

Great three star place and good value for money

Great compact room with everything you need that fitted nicely. The instructions were clear and helpful. Great location for hopping on the tram to the centre. Quiet location and people.

There weren't any curtains that cut out the sun, the sun would come through the nets all afternoon and it'd be bright in the early morning. Not great for a heatwave and trying to keep the room cool. however, this is a simple fix and raised this at the time. We only stayed for two nights so wasn't a big issue considering we were out most the time anyway.

1. The wooden flooring meant the noise of walking, furniture moving from the floor above was disturbing during night 2. In one of our rooms there was no fan/airconditioning.

Luckely we had to stay only one night!!

The location was perfect to reach the city center by public transportation.

The place was very tiny, and we had to pay an additional fee for the 3rd bed which covered the only free space. Further, although the fee was for the third person, we only had two towels. The hot water was not always available, and in the evening, we all took a cold shower.

Self check-in and check-out worked smoothly, the room was a little larger than expected, the kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't use it. Overall good value.

Overall it was clean but could be cleaner. We found dust and paper towels on the back side of the third pen-down bed.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of response and action regarding the broken springs in the mattress in my room. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, the hotel management failed to address the problem or provide any resolution. The broken springs made my stay incredibly uncomfortable and affected my ability to get a good night's sleep. It is disappointing to see such negligence and disregard for guest comfort and satisfaction. Furthermore, the room I was assigned did not resemble the spacious and well-appointed accommodations showcased in the hotel's promotional photos. Instead, it was cramped and lacked the amenities that were advertised. This misrepresentation of the room size and quality is highly misleading and unacceptable. I hope that by sharing my experience, other potential guests will be aware of the poor service and lack of responsiveness at this hotel.

It was very clean and cozy

I’m Ukrainian lady and I was travelling solo to Zürich I stayed in the property 4 nights and honestly I was shocked. Because kids were accusing me and the neighbours were created so much noise in the night. I hardly recommend to put security or the reception in this building

Good ideal location. For hot seasons i need to open window because AC mot working and with tram noise - ambulance noice and traffic not able to sleep
