Nothing really

Everything is lovely about the apartment, Good location, very clean, spacious and good value for money.

None, just that my plans changed and I tried to get 1hour late checkout but was denied by the operator, I believe they can do better, 1-hour late checkout out is not a big ask, it was due to circumstances that led to that.

The apartment was clean and covered the basics. We had a double bed in one room and two doubles in the second. Location was okay in a quiet neighbourhood. The heating worked well and kitchen functional. The lift was great for luggage

The beds were average and pillows poor. I had to fold mine over to gain any height and there were no extras. They need replacing. The bathroom door struggled to close which wasn't great with 6 ppl using it for the only shower/sink/toilet. The biggest issue was the unsafe windows in the lounge room. There are radiators directly underneath and can be climbed and windows easily opened - accessing the outside of the third floor. They should be lockable to prevent an accidental fall. Without these it is currently unfit for families of small children. There were instructions emailed out indicating tram 4 to the stop on the street but this was incorrect and the result was a much longer walk with cases than if we had used Google maps.
