Room had functional kitchenette and fridge, which was very useful. The location was fairly close to the city with a streetcar stop in the vicinity. One block up the road is a transit hub with busses to go to other major parts of the city. Square counted infrastructure such as pharmacy, grocery store and other businesses such as bank and spa.
the instructions for the check in was received on the day of arrival. This is particularly challenging when traveling and having to check messages while having limited time and access to data to check and download instructions. Receiving the checkin instructions at least 24 hours before arrival, when reservation can no longer be cancelled is welcomed.
Potentially lack of shelves in the bathroom's shower area to place soap and shampoo. Due to high temperature in the summer, needed to keep the windows open at night this traffic heard from the main road. During the day while it was sunny the outside shades were kept down. As many businesses in the future a form of ventilation or fan installed in the room is in order.

I stayed in room 307 which is a top floor at the back so it was very quiet. Kitchenette had everything needed.
The sloping ceiling in the top of the building was difficult even for me at 5ft4. The radiator was on full blast on a hot spring day. It could not be turned off as the dial showed the off location but I could hear running water in it all the time so obviously broken. I therefore had to sleep with all windows open which although the location was quiet, didn’t give a goods night sleep.

it was fine as we were there for a night only.
The bathroom needs an upgrade and the bed wasn't very comfortable.
