Pleasant and enjoyable overnight stay

Location was close to the tram stop to reach Zürich City, and in walking distance of Oerlikon. The room was very modern with touch controls for the lighting and power-blinds. And a very peaceful area.

Unfortunately the main reception/foyer area was still under construction at the time, and there was no signs to walk around the back to find an alternative entrance.

Modern suite and simple online check in

Very modern suite, with a little kitchen, including fridge, cooking plate and dishwasher. Three separate windows that can be opened. A bathroom with a big shower area. Simple online check in and entrance through the app. And a physical key chip once you managed to enter the suite.

The internet connection was repeatedly interrupted, especially noticeable when watching television. When arriving at the Building there doesn't seem to be any indicators from the front that lead you to the entrance in the inner yard. From the front of the entrance you only see a construction site.

Very happy with the room, less happy with the garage.

The building was completely new, the room was super nice and the same for the bathroom and kitchenette. We liked that the room was quiet and you didn’t hear the traffic outside. Very good the room had both curtains and shutters on the outside.

We didn’t like the entrance to the garage, it was very narrow and not completely clear where the door was when we first arrived. When we drove in to the garage our spot was taken by another car. We contacted the information number, but it still took some time before this was solved.

Beautiful hotel and great atmosphere

The hotel is beautiful and quiet, offering a comfortable atmosphere and excellent services. The view is amazing, making your stay enjoyable and unforgettable. The hotel management were very cooperative and very professional. I recommend it If you looking for a peaceful place.

It was nice except the service ☹️

The hotel was good, and its location was excellent. Right across from the apartment, there was a famous pizza restaurant( luigia ). At the end of the street, there was a supermarket and a bus station, which made everything very convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a coffee set and an electric kettle.

What I didn’t like about the apartment was that there was no way to reach customer service, neither by email nor by phone, which was the worst part of the experience. The air conditioner in the room was not working, and the room was extremely hot due to the summer weather, with no fan available as a backup. The kitchen also had several issues: the refrigerator wasn’t working, and neither the dishwasher nor the stove was functioning. Unfortunately, I couldn’t contact the service team in any way. I truly hope they improve their customer service, both by phone and email, in the future.

Comfy place with great location

Brand new and modern, room was a comfortable size for Zurich. Bed was also very comfortable and the kitchenette can come in useful. Location is great if you want to be close to the Hallenstadion. Easy to get to the centre as well with public transport. Parking available for a fee, which was convenient

We went there on a hot weekend in July and the room temperature was too high, and we were unable to lower the temperature. It was uncomfortable to sleep in the room

This place is pretty but not prepared for actual living.

The parts that are completed are very pretty and well decorated.

So many issues with this place. It’s clearly new and it’s as if it was not designed to be lived in. There is a full set of very good knives and nice pots and pans, but no colander or any cooking or serving implements. However for an apartment for max 2 people there were 15 wine glasses. The ad also lists that there is a gym, however it was not built. It was also HOT in the flat mid summer with no actual AC. I sent several emails to the company with no response, I also called and left messages with no call back. After messaging a few times on the booking.com platform someone finally said they would help me with some cooking implements and a fan. The cooking bits were dropped off, but no fan ever arrived. I cannot imagine what would happen if I was locked out, I would assume I’d be stuck outside for days. Would not stay here again, there are many other places in Zurich for the same price that may not be as pretty, but are actually functional.

Terrible

When we got there, we came across multiple other Airbnb users that couldn’t access their apartments When we got into our apartment we found the door was unlocked. There was a previous occupants close in the bed and it had not been cleaned. This was at 5 pm. We raise this with the Property manager who asked us what we thought of Be for your conversation. We told them we’d be happy to pay half the rate and your date we have not heard back. We have not seen a refund.

Great stay, very easy and new appartment.

Very easy to check in! You receive a code on your mail where you can check in. The accomodation is very new and the room is perfect. A bed, bathroom, kitchen, table with 2 chairs to eat and a fridge.

Air-condition would have been nice or ventilator in the hot months.

The property was great! I enjoyed staying there, and the location was a good middle ground. It’s close enough to a train stop that I could get into town quickly.

Amazing Stay

Amazing Stay! This place was truly fantastic. The room featured new and advanced technology, which made the stay even more comfortable and convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need — cutlery, utensils, and even a coffee machine with pods, which was a nice touch. At first, we were a bit skeptical when we arrived, as the building was under renovation. However, the management was incredibly responsive and helpful, which quickly put us at ease. The location is excellent — very close to downtown, in a prime and extremely safe area. The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

Alles war perfekt! Wunderschönes, sauberes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr ruhig und gut isoliert, trotzdem ist alles in der Nähe. Ich habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt – das große, bequeme Bett war ein Highlight. Auch Waschmaschinen und Trockner im Haus sind sehr praktisch. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt – ich komme sehr gerne wieder! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Komfortabel mit kleinen Mängeln

Sehr sauber. Technisch 'interessante' Ideen

In der Küche haben einfachste Untensilien gefehlt. Der Kombibackofen war nur 'intuitiv' zu bedienen. Die Kombiscreens für Licht, Verdunkelung und Raumtemperatur waren im Dunkeln nur nach der Methode 'try and error' zu bedienen. Weder Raumtemperatur noch Klimaanlage verfügen über eine Anzeige zum Istwert. Es gibt nur eine 'Wahlmöglichkeit' größer oder kleiner und die Raumluft ist extrem trocken. Ein Lüften ist tagsüber auf der Straßenseite durch landende und startende Flugzeuge, Tram und 2-spurige Straße mit Geräuschpegel verbunden. 'Die Klimaanlage dient als 'Schallüberträgerin' zwischen den Appartements'. Die Parkplätze sind teuer und in der Tiefgarage so eng daß ein VW Golf nicht neben einen Audi A 6 paßt ohne daß mindestens 1 Fahrzeg beschädigt wird.

Le standing était à la hauteur ! Vraiment bel appartement.

Il faisait trop chaud, on a eu du mal à utiliser les boutons sur les commandes. On a dû ouvrir la fenêtre mais le bruit était une nuisance pour apprécier la literie.

Appartement confortable mais départ à 10h trop tôt

Le confort de l’appartement. L’entrée de l’immeuble se fait par derrière . Supermarché en face de l’immeuble à des prix corrects. Tramway qui emmène au centre ville en 20 mn seulement.

Le départ a 10 h et récupérer les clés via une application , comment ferions nous si nous n’avons pas une connexion internet ? Parking au sous sol de l’immeuble au prix de 19 Francs Swiss pour stationner de 16h à 10h le lendemain.

Camera spaziosa.

Abbiamo dovuto aspettare piú di mezz'ora prima di entrare poiché i codici che ci avevano inviato non aprivano le porte delle camere e nessuno rispondeva alle nostre telefonate. La camera puzzava terribilmente di aglio. Il portaspazzolino era sporco e aveva delle cartacce all'interno. Inoltre c'era un caldo assurdo, ma il riscaldamento era centrallizzato e quindi non c'era modo di spegnerlo né di abbassare la temperatura.

Nuovissimo e confortevole

Struttura nuovissima e pulitissima. Facile da raggiungere sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. Abbiamo avuto un upgrade e ci è stato assegnato un attico veramente ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort. Check-in self molto facile e personale gentile e disponibile (avevamo bisogno di un adattatore e ci è stato portato in camera in due minuti). Tutto ottimo.

Non è che proprio non mi è piaciuto il fatto che non c'erano due tazzine piccole per l'espresso e non c'erano una scatolina con almeno due bustine di camomilla e due di tè, avendo lo scalino elettrico dell'acqua, ci poteva stare due bustine tutto qua del resto tutto bene a lo scalino all'uscita ti potrebbe bastare uno scivolo, anche se è stato applicato una striscia per evidenziare lo scalino bravi

Einfacher Check-in, gute Anbindung, hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr sauber.

Leider ging die Klima-Anlage nicht, deshalb sehr warm im Zimmer, keine Möglichkeit der Temperatir Regelung. Geöffnetes Fenster auf Grund der großen Straße vor dem Hotel nicht möglich.

Sehr empfehlenswertes, modernes Apartment in guter Lage!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet, sodass man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Es liegt zwar in einem Industriegebiet, doch die Anbindung ist hervorragend. Man erreicht den Züricher Hauptbahnhof mit der Tram in etwa 25 Minuten, und die Unterkunft befindet sich noch innerhalb der Innenstadtzone. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, darunter Bäcker und Supermärkte. Das betreuende Team war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der Check-in über eine App, der reibungslos und sehr modern funktioniert hat. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der buchbare Parkplatz direkt unterhalb der Unterkunft. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine moderne, saubere und gut organisierte Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung nach Zürich suchen.
