good size room, has everything one needs. very close to the business location I need to be.

It gets hard in Switzerland if you have troubles with internet package (like in my case, all my mobile data was exhausted for 5 mins at the airport) and as entering the hotel is through a mobile web tool I could not get in. Good I remembered the property has wi-fi so good I was able to get in that way. Internet is a problem in Switzerland if one comes unprepared. The other thing was that the sink in the bathroom was stuck and I was not able to use for the whole stay (they should check that before handing over the room). Some glasses were dirty in the kitchen, floor was not the best clean condition (they don't have slippers in the room too). Room was facing the street and it gets very noisy very early and up until late too.

The parts that are completed are very pretty and well decorated.

So many issues with this place. It’s clearly new and it’s as if it was not designed to be lived in. There is a full set of very good knives and nice pots and pans, but no colander or any cooking or serving implements. However for an apartment for max 2 people there were 15 wine glasses. The ad also lists that there is a gym, however it was not built. It was also HOT in the flat mid summer with no actual AC. I sent several emails to the company with no response, I also called and left messages with no call back. After messaging a few times on the booking.com platform someone finally said they would help me with some cooking implements and a fan. The cooking bits were dropped off, but no fan ever arrived. I cannot imagine what would happen if I was locked out, I would assume I’d be stuck outside for days. Would not stay here again, there are many other places in Zurich for the same price that may not be as pretty, but are actually functional.
