It was great , kitchen great , bed great .never used the tv ..nice area outside the centre
No air con , but a fan. It was hot time of year.

Nicely decorated and right in front of the tram stop, just a few stops away from central Zurich. There where two fans in the flat, which were great for the unbearable summer heat.
They left only one tinny bottle of shampoo, soap, cream and conditioner for five people for four days. When I asked for more to be provided I was told that they would make “an exception” and give us a few more, which they did, but how was that an exception? Also, communication was not great, either they took a while to reply, or didn’t reply at all. A washing machine would have been super helpful.

The traffic noise from the main street, every hour the sirens from ambulance and tram . We couldn't get to sleep well
