Great for this price, but...

Great location, near the bus, train and metro. There is a great bakery around the corner that works 24/7. There is shampoo and toothpaste provided, also laundry detergent and softener if you were wondering. Very comfortable bed, lots of shade in the morning. In short, really good location for this price and the apartment as is. Didn't cook anything so can't comment on the kitchen.

This is not the landlords fault, but the neighbour has the tv turned on 24/7, so if you're a light sleeper like me you're gonna have a big problem. You can hear everything! Earplugs are a must. We tried to detect from which apartment the noise is coming from, but couldn't figure it out. I reported everything to the landlord so I hope he fixes this for future guests. Also, the wifi is very slow, not a problem for me but if you're working or need to upload something, it's gonna take a while.

So many things to like

There are so many things to like about this place! I've been travelling for several months & Anna House was one of the best I've stayed in. Very nice cosy design, well equipped, comfortable bed in a good location. Tip: If you go out of the unit & turn left once on the street, it takes you to a nice little suburb with good restaurants, etc. Thanks also for the bottles of water. It's the kind of apartment I'd like to live in.

It's probably out of the hands of the owner, but the neighbour tends to have the TV on all night a few nights a week. I just wore earplugs these nights to get a good night's sleep.

Very nice and comfy!

It’s a really nice, clean, and comfortable flat near the metro and bus station. The neighbourhood is also nice, with good restaurants and a market where you can buy fish and all other kinds of food. I really like the balcony!

Perfect host allowed early check-in, great location with easy access to bus for airport, free coffee, water tea etc. 2 excellent restaurants, gyros and bakeries minutes away. Highly recommended, will stay again next time we're in Thessaloniki.

Great for this price!

For this price, this is a really great accommodation. Don’t expect luxury, but it has everything important you need for a 3–4-day stay. The host was very kind and helpful, when we needed him he was there in a few minutes.

It's quite difficult to find a parking spot in the area during peak hours — there were times we could only park several streets away. While this isn’t necessarily the accommodation’s fault, it’s good to be aware of.

Είναι άνετο με ωραία έπιπλα και διαρρύθμιση που δεν θυμίζει σε τίποτα τυποποιημένο, νοιωθεις σαν το σπίτι σου. Η γειτονιά βολική για μετακινήσεις αφού μπροστά είναι όλα τα αστικά και μια στάση του μετρό στα λίγα μέτρα. Εχει από όλα και είναι ήσυχα. Ο διαχειριστής πολύ φιλικός και μέσα είχε πολλά είδη όπως απορρυπαντικά και οδοντόκρεμα και χαρτιά κτλ.

Δυστυχώς η καθαριότητα γίνεται από ακατάλληλο προσωπικό και κάποιος που πάει για μια εβδομάδα έχει χρόνο για να καταλάβει την διαφορά,το πάτωμα ήθελε καθάρισμα γιατί όταν μετακινήσαμε ένα τραπεζάκι από κάτω τα πόδια ήταν γεμάτα κουβάρια , κάτω από τα κουρτινόξυλα κρέμονται αράχνες , χερούλια κουζίνα και πόρτας και το ψυγείο μέσα είχε πιτσιλιές και στο νουλαπι του μπάνιου μέσα δυστυχώς τρέχουν νερά και έχει ένα παλιό αντιηλιακό που δείχνει ότι δεν γίνετε επαγγελματική καθαριότητα . Το πιο σημαντικό είναι ότι μπάνιο μυρίζει μούχλα και δεν γνωρίζω αν είναι τοξική ή όχι για κάποιον να την αναπνέει τόσες μέρες .

Trotz viel Regen war ich jeden Tag auf Entdeckungstour. Thessaloniki ist unverwechselbar.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und dienstbeflissen. Die Ausstattung der ganzen Wohnung ist sehr persönlich ausgelegt. Endlich habe ich mal nach 20 Jahren eine Unterkunft gefunden, die nicht ein IKEA Depot ist!!! Die Atmosphäre zeugt von künstlerischem Flair. Die Lichteinrichtung wurde aus wiederverwendetem Material vom Wohnungsbesitzer selber hergestellt. Ich wünsche ihm den idealen Gast, der das Künstlerische schätzt und die Kombination von Alt und Neu. Als Veganer habe ich eine komplett eingerichtete Küche vorgefunden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Der HB Thessaloniki ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, so auch viele Busse und die Metro. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ideal für einen Einzelreisenden der die Stadt zu Fuss entdecken möchte

Ältere Häuser sind meistens hellhörig. Wenn alle Parteien sich an die Ruhezeiten halten, gibt es keine Probleme, Ansonsten ist nichts Negatives beizufügen!

Piacevole soggiorno

Ottima comunicazione per il self check in /check out e disponibilità del proprietario. Alloggio pulito, letto e cuscini super confortevoli, la casa e la biancheria profumavano di pulito. Ottime finestre e avvolgibili hanno garantito silenzio e privacy. Vicino alla stazione del treno dove si trova la metropolitana che ti porta in pochi minuti in centro e altrove. Abbiamo trovato informazioni e cartine per esplorare la città. Molto confortevole il soggiorno.

Dotazione cucina troppo basica e poco fornita una solo tazza per la colazione e decine di bicchieri, 1 sola pentola, 1 sola padella.. Ma se mangi fuori poco importa. Bagno troppo stretto e doccino senza attacco al muro complicato farsi una doccia.. Ma per qualche giorno non è un dramma

Άνετη

Βρισκότανε σε καλή τοποθεσία αφού στα 5 λεπτά βρίσκεται ο σταθμός τρένων και περνάνε όλα τα αστικά και έχει και μετρό. Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα. Επίσης μοσχοβολούσαν τα σεντόνια στο κρεβάτι.

Το μόνο αρνητικό θα πω εγώ σε σχέση με άλλα σπίτια είναι το ότι είχε θερμοσίφωνα για να έχεις ζεστό νερό οπότε δεν ήταν άφθονο. Παρόλα αυτά δεν ήταν κακό μια χαρά μας βόλεψε και κομπλέ έκανε την δουλειά του
