Before our arrival, we were told that the key would be in a lockbox. However, when we arrived, the key was not there. We waited outside for about 20 minutes, thinking someone would come to bring it to us. We sent messages and emails but received no response at all. Eventually, we went upstairs and luckily met some neighbors who directed us to an apartment where the owners were staying. They gave us the key but seemed completely uninterested — they just handed it over, briefly showed us where to go, and that was it. What if we had arrived late at night? If it is clearly stated that the key will be in the lockbox, then I expect it to actually be there, not to have to search around with luggage in hand trying to figure out where to go. Also, the Booking listing stated that private parking was available. Before arriving, I sent a message asking where the parking was, and we were directed to a paid public parking area instead. The price was not high (around 5 euros), so the cost itself is not the main issue — but if private parking is advertised, then a proper parking spot should be provided, or it should not be listed at all. There were also some other minor issues, but they were more typical and manageable.

Unresponsive host, dirty room, no toilet paper, room from hell

Decent location is all it has going for it.

Directions for finding the room were very unclear and host would not pick up my phone calls or answer my messages. Was sitting outside with my luggage for over an hour waiting to get in. When I finally got into the room I found it dirty and unwelcoming with dirt all over the walls and floor and sheets that were stained and smell like cigarettes. Then I found out there was no toilet paper, tissues, or any other cleaning supplies, not to mention the broken toilet seat.

The entire apartment but especially the floor was not clean at all. It had many moving bugs in the floor but on the bed also. Didn’t have the basic needs inside such as toilet paper or a shampoo.

Es como alquilar un cuarto solo

El departamento en si esta muy bien, es espaciosao, cocina, dormitorio y baño

A pesar de tener una cocina en perfectas condiciones no havia ni una sola olla ni sarten para calentar la comida. Ademas el propietario dejo de responder los mensajes repentinamente cuando lo pregunté si podia prestarnos una olla. Tambien fue dicficil de contactar con el propietario y mantener una conversacion. Cual es el sentido de alquilar un departamento con una cocina nueva si luego no quieres que la usen?? Para eso alquilo un cuarto sin cocina y me sale mas barato. Sin duda lo peor de este lugar es el dueño y su falta de sentido comun, con una sola olla seria un departamento de 9/10

1. Στρώμα πανβρώμικο που μόνο στα σκουπίδια θα μπορούσα να το δω. 2. Σεντόνια γεμάτα μακριές τρίχες και τσαλακωμένα(δείγμα προηγούμενης χρήσης). 3. Πόρτα διαμερίσματος παραβιασμένη χωρίς να είναι επισκευασμένη(ενημέρωσα τον ιδιοκτήτη) 4. Τηλεόραση εκτός λειτουργίας(ενημέρωσα τον ιδιοκτήτη) 5. Δεν υπάρχει φωτισμός στην είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και μέχρι να φτάσεις στα σκαλιά το βράδυ δεν βλέπεις τίποτα. 6. Εξώπορτα της πολυκατοικίας πάντα ανοιχτή. 7. Πολύ υποβαθμισμένη περιοχή.

Понимаю, что цена низкая, но крайне не советую эту квартиру. Как только вошли - резкий запах сигарет, чем глубже в комнату, тем более невыносимо. Тараканы бегали на кухне всю ночь (предусмотрительно в прихожей стоит дихлофос). Мы работе и онлайн, на табличке был пароль от Wi-Fi, который не подходил! На сообщения хозяин не ответил, нам пришлось тратить массу Гб, работать с мобильного, уже перед сном нашли в шкафчике бумажку с другим паролем, он подошел, но интернет такой, что не грузилась даже вкладка в браузере. Самое ужасное - под окнами заправка, которая каждые минут 15 страшно шумит (включается какой-то насос). Закрываем двери, включаем кондиционер - у мужа полились слезы, насморк, покраснели глаза, запах подвальный, пришлось отказаться от этого рассадника инфекции.

Τα αρνητικά σχόλια είναι σίγουρα υπερβολικά, όμως ισχύει ότι: 1)Είναι στενός ο χώρος που βρίσκεται το κρεβάτι και εμποδίζεται η μετακίνηση προς την τουαλέτα 2) χρειάστηκε να ανοίξουμε οι ίδιοι το συφονι της ντουζιέρας καθώς είχε βουλώσει και η διαδικασία αυτή πήρε αρκετό χρόνο, κάτι που θα μπορούσε να είχε κάνει η καθαρίστρια.

Da mogu ocijeniti sa 0, stavila bih 0. Vlasnik apartmana nam se nije javljao na telefon, a nije nam ni dao upute na kom smo spratu, niti iz kog sandučića da preuzmemo ključ. Našle smo apartman pomoću komšije. Kada smo ušle, nije bilo interneta, a specifično je naglašeno da ima internet. Našle smo dlake na podu, a posteljina je smrdila. Ujutru su nas probudili žohari. Ponovo smo ga zvale, javio se, rekao da mu prekida i da napišemo poruku. Nikad nije odgovorio na poruke, a mi smo se pokupile i otišle u hotel. Užasno 🤢

Ο κύριος που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα συμπεριφέρθηκε απαράδεκτα! Ισχυρίστηκε ότι έχει γίνει διπλή κράτηση, με ευθύνη της Booking, και άρα δεν ήταν διαθέσιμο παρόλο που το πλήρωσα! Κατόπιν, μετά από αλεπάλληλες οχλήσεις από μέρους μου αλλά και από την Booking, όπου δεν απαντούσε ποτέ, αρνήθηκε να αποδεχτεί την ακύρωση με αποτέλεσμα να χάσω τα χρήματα που κατέβαλλα! Επιπλέον ήταν αρκετά ειρωνικός προς εμένα στο τηλέφωνο και μου είπε «σιγά το ποσό, θα σας το επιστρέψω» κάτι όμως που δεν έκανε ποτέ! Προσπάθησα να λύσω το πρόβλημα επί 15 μέρες! Δεν έχω συναντήσει τόσο ανεύθυνη και προσβλητική συμπεριφορά από κανέναν οικοδεσπότη, παράδειγμα προς αποφυγήν!!!

Muy mala experiencia

La ubicación. El departamento tiene mucho potencial

Para empezar avise que llegaría la hora del check in (15hrs) a las 14.30 me envia un mensaje diciendo que se atrasó y que una hora estará listo. Llego a las 15.30hrs y nada, no me había dado el número del depto, clave para rescatar las llaves y no me contestaba. Espere en la calle y pasado las 16hrs baja un señor y me dice que disculpe, me pasa las llaves y se va. El departamento estaba muy mojado ya que recién había limpiado el piso, pero olvido botar alimentos verdes del horno de la cocina. Lo peor fue al salir ya que nos dimos cuenta que la puerta no cerraba y nos dio las llaves incorrectas, obviamente no lo pasamos bien, ya que dormimos atentos a que nadie entrará.
