Very poor communication with the owner. Initially, he said the keys would be available in about 2-3 hours. After that, contact with the owner stopped. I had to call booking.com to explain what was happening. A neighbor I met by chance gave me the keys, and she knew the combination to the key box! There was no contact with the owner at all! The apartment was uncleaned and there were black hairs everywhere! Avoid this place at all costs. No wifi

SCAM, FRAUD, STAY AWAY!!!

SCAM, stay away at all cost!!! ended up booking a different place because could not stay there. you can find great places for the same price, but this is not one of them... you pay 37 euros a night, and get this garbage, which is by the way not exactly as it is on the listing (fraud\scam as said earlier). (details at the bottom) The host seems to think that 37 euros a night is cheap thus quote:"you should not expect much" even though this is a regular price for Thessaloniki... do yourself a favor, there are so many nice places in Thessaloniki for the same price, DO NOT go to THIS one. And just to prove what said above, the apartment I have stayed at instead of this SHIT, was a 3 room apartment on olympou street, right in the city center next to the ancient roman forum museum. I had all the apartment for myself, there was not a single flaw in it, and it cost only 3 euros a night more than this SHIT... this one is bad even for a 'budget' option even though, as stated it is not a budget but lower end of regular price. details: It is not a studio apartment, it is a regular apartment, divided into as many tiny units as possible to 'farm\squeeze' as much money as possible from it', with construction work still going on inside the apartment right behind the wall. yes. drill, hammering etc all on the other side of the wall, which is an inner wall so its basically the same as if it was inside the room. also it states no smoking but it is for smokers as indicated by the present ashtray and the strongest smell of cigarette smoke I have ever came acroass in my entire life, picture a heavy smokers car after 20 years of use? well this is nothing compared to this. also no windows except for the balcony door so you cant ventilate and get fresh air. the bathroom's ceiling is less than 190cm in height so if you are taller than that forget about using the shower or the toilet. the area is actually a filthy industrial zone and very dirty.
