Dieses 2-Zimmer-Apartment hat eine sehr große Dachterrasse, die mit Tisch und bequemen Stühlen ausgestattet ist. In der Nähe der Terrasse gibt es eine riesige Platane und ich fand es sehr erholsam, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und einfach in diesen schönen Baum zu schauen. Es war auch relativ ruhig, weil die Wohnung in einer kleinen Gasse liegt. Für wenig Geld habe ich sehr viel Raum und Ruhe vorgefunden. :-)

Das Bad ist nicht sehr komfortabel und es war jetzt auch nicht ganz lupenrein sauber. Aber das habe ich im Gesamtpaket gerne in Kauf genommen.

The apartment was perfect for a family of three. It's not big, but has everything to make your stay comfortable. A big plus is the terrace, which is enormous. The apartment is conveniently located to explore the city - the neighborhood has everything you might need and the city center is easily reachable by public transport. It was easy to find a free parking slot on the street, which in Thessaloniki can sometimes be a problem.

Practical location next to the train station and public transport, but still in a short quiet alley (without being a safety concern). Good pricing for the location. Fast SIM-based internet. Two locks for extra security. Kitchen with the basic amenities and a small oven.

Water heating was off when I arrived, with no available instructions like in most bookings; the host didn't see my message for 2 hours which meant showering with cool water, but he was repeatedly very apologetic afterwards and guided me on how to turn it on, also offering a technician in case, which I appreciate. Still the next day, despite leaving the heating on, the label was on 26C and it felt cooler than the 30C it was showing the previous evening. The bathroom while generally clean, wasn't very presentable. A practical concern was the sliding toilet seat, which meant instability and could be an issue for people with mobility issues. Ants were showing in the kitchen given any packaging left for a bit, even a small finished snack wrapper or a visibly clean plastic food cover. They were going away hours after fully sealing packaging in bins. Also the kitchen rolling blinds weren't working, which meant visibility from houses across. And the sofa didn't have covers on, so despite no clearly visible marks, its cleanliness felt questionable. For the summer: the AC covering the whole place was outside the room and not very powerful, which meant having to leave the slide door of the room open for hours and overnight to get it properly cool. Photos show the turned off heater (with cracks and missing labels), dead ants under kitchen storage (meaning some disinfection had taken place but inadequate), and an example of how the toilet seat was sliding around.
