Great stay for 2 people in cozy apartment

We are totally satisfied about this stay. The apartment was easily to find, the instructions are clear, and the place itself is very cozy. The apartment was great for 2 people. We felt really comfortable and amenities are nice. You can even make yourself a cup of coffee using coffee machine. AC, the fridge, the bathroom, free TV and other stuff inside the apartment made our trip to Greece really pleasant.

Not a lot of parking space next to the building, but there is a paid parking which you can use.

Exceptional

Everything was very good. The apartment is near the train station and near the city centre. The host, Greg, was very helpful and gave us detailed information not only on how to reach the place but also what to see and where to eat the most delicious Greek food. The apartment has everything for a comfortable living and is very cosy and clean. We had a great time here and will definitely come back again.

Exceptional

Excellent interior, very cleverly designed takes advantage of the hole space. Brand new apartment. Feels safe using the private entrance and elevator. Every city attraction is walking distance accessible. Totally recommended perfect stuff!

Camera discreta

Buona posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dall'inizio del lungomare e buona per imboccare l'Egnatia (abbiamo fatto diverse gite e la vicinanza a una grande arteria stradale ha aiutato). Infine, prezzo ottimo.

La via in cui si trova la struttura è veramente degradata, anche se non pericolosa; le scale del palazzo in sé parevano ancora in costruzione, e in generale nell'edificio non c'era un buonissimo odore. Bagno non male, ma il box doccia non si chiudeva e quindi il bagno si allagava ogni volta che ci lavavamo. La camera in sé era carina, peccato per il contesto.

Η περιοχή δε θα έλεγα ότι ήταν καλή . Η πολυκατοικία όχι σε καλή κατάσταση. Το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν διαρρυθμισμένο σωστά. Είχε μια μηχανή espresso Η οποία δεν δούλεψε ποτέ με 2 "πεταμένες " κάψουλες μπροστά και μέσα είχε κάψουλα από τον προηγούμενο. Καθαρές πετσέτες και σεντόνια οκ . Είχε επίσης ένα καναπέ που γινόταν κρεβάτι αλλά και αυτός ήταν χαλασμένος. Δυνατό σεσουάρ μαλλιών. Καθαρό το δωμάτιο γενικά. Το κρεβάτι οκ δεν τρελάθηκα αλλά έτριζε όλο νομίζαμε θα σπάσει . Δεν θα πω ότι για τα λεφτά του ήταν καλό. Έχω μείνει σε ξενοδοχεία με τα ίδια λεφτά που ήταν ειλικρινά πολύ αξιόλογα. Δεν θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. Καθόλου κοντά στο κέντρο . Περπατήσαμε αρκετά για να φτάσουμε παραλία και στους κεντρικούς δρόμους .

Ottima struttura, consigliata per il rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Posizione, arredamento, Netflix.

Lo sportello per accedere alla doccia era rovinato, quindi da li passava acqua che fuoriusciva nel bagno. Lo sportello del quadro elettrico per attivare il boiler dell’acqua calda era rotto.
