It's a shame when a bunch of little things spoil the overall impression, it could be better.

The location of the apartment is good, close to the bus, metro, supermarket, and the center is not too far away. Parking on the ground floor, excellently arranged, which is additionally paid for 15 euros per day, the owner is a super character. The accommodation is ok, but with a little investment it could be excellent. The heating is good.

The owner is not very up-to-date in responding to messages. When we made the reservation, he said that he would arrange for parking, but the morning before our arrival, he said that we should have contacted and made a reservation. The owner of the parking lot is a great person, so we easily agreed upon arrival. In the description of the apartment it is stated that the accommodation is for 4 people, however, although we announced that there are 2+1 of us, the bed linen and towels were for two people. He didn't even answer the question about bed linen. There are no basic things in the kitchen, there are leftovers of burnt food in the pans, the curtains don't work.

I think the property overall was good. I liked that there was TV on the rooms and the living room I liked that there was a cooker. I like that there was a parking as well.

The property was not really clean the microwave and some of the furniture they had so much dust some of which was actually sticking from the time that this was left and it showed that the property was not really prepared properly before the arrival the area that I was around was not really safe unfortunately and as a local myself knowing the area I didn’t really think that I would actually be that close to that specific area the other thing that I didn’t like was the property did not have certain things to cook and even if it had some pots, the pots were not clean. It was a bit unsanitary for me. I had to go and buy my entree for me to be able to cook and I had to disinfect the small pot so that I can basically do something to eat. I personally think that this is a bit unacceptable when you’ve already paid a good amount of money for the property and for the area that the property is located at in addition there was a bit of misinformation regarding the parking and the price but we figure out that the fault was booking’s fault that they do not update the information on the app and the supervisor that spoke to me actually changed that on the spot while leaving me wait for almost 10 to 15 minutes. For me that was very unethical and I was very shocked on how the supervisor for Booking.com handled it it was very disappointing especially when I am a genius member. Finally the one thing I can say is that the owner was able to remove €5 from the parking fee on the daily basis and I really did appreciate it

Cosy and convenient stay in Thessaloniki

Everything was good, there is a garage in the basement, which is super convenient, we just had to sleepover and continue our journey further.

Great location, host needs to be more responsive

The apartment is in a great location, near the city station and metro stop. We didn't even need a car or metro, everything was within walking distance. There is a well-set supermarket/coffee shop right next to the entrance, which was convenient. The area is not too loud

The host was not responsive. I had written about parking reservation months in advance and only got a response about it after writing for two days in a row and at the point where I was en route to the accommodation. Generally really bad communication.

The location was very good, parking was provided at the location. The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable.

Parking cost 10 euros. When we parked, we were not given access instructions to the parking lot, which is why we did not have access to the car until the next day when someone came to take us out of the parking lot. The apartment should have a minimum equipment: coffee, tea, sugar and at least a bottle of water.

We receive clear and timwly directions to find the property. Also, accomodation was spacy, clean and close to city center.

The fact that appartment rented is clearly stated in the heading with parking but you need to pay in addition. This shoild be adjusted to avoid unpleasent surprises.

The host met us with the keys on arrival, very friendly and helpful, showed us round the apartment and how everything worked. Great location, very convenient to all the local sights . Apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Will defiantly be returning!

Nice apartment with paid parking spot in another building

The apartment is nicely furnished and relatively close to the city centre.

I have chosen this apartment because it is promoted to have a parking spot. Actually the parking spot is not at the same building and you have to pay for it - only 5 euros but have that in mind - I found the description a little misleading.

Excelletnt position of the apartment, near center and all the main facilities. Very clean and comfortable, with all nececary things. Parking is in the building, market is 10m away, and the Egnatia and Tsimitski streets are very close, just as Ladadika and Aristotels sqare. We will come again :).

Not particular, but made the best of it.

Property was half an hour walking distance from the center.

No toiletries, no hand soap in the bathroom, not enough toilet paper for duration of stay (had to shop for toilet paper). No tea/coffee in the kitchen. In other words, either host is not a gracious host or he's a novice at being a host. When staying at other rentals in different cities and countries, hosts normally provide toiletries in the bathroom and drinks (tea, coffee, juice), light breakfast fare, etc. Although not expected, it's a nice touch showing welcome and graciousness, which was lacking from this host.
