Our stay did not meet basic comfort and cleanliness expectations

The location is central, and the check-in process was easy.

We stayed for one night and were disappointed with our experience. We expected a decent night’s sleep, which unfortunately was not the case. The room was very cold upon arrival. Heating is provided only through air conditioning, which was ineffective due to old and poor-quality window frames allowing cold air to come in. There was constant noise from the street and from other rooms throughout the night. Additionally, the bed sheets did not feel particularly clean, and the room had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the stay did not meet basic comfort and cleanliness expectations.

Central location but noisy

The apartment is in a central location, close to everything. The host was very responsive, and the place was very clean. Modern design and the large, well-equipped kitchen.

The apartment looks bigger in photos than it actually is. It’s located on a noisy main street, and the sound isolation is very poor, so it was hard to sleep. The mattress is too soft and should be replaced. The electric hob didn’t work, and even with the host’s help, we couldn’t fix it because the fuses weren’t labeled. Also, there’s no option to store luggage after checkout, which was slightly inconvenient.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε καλή τοποθεσία . Ηταν εξοπλισμενο με αρκετές ηλεκτρικές συσκευές .

Το ένα a/c δεν έφτανε για να ζεστάνει το χώρο λόγω της υγρασίας . Το κρεβάτι ήταν κοντά στο παράθυρο το οποίο δεν είχε καλή μονωση και άκουγες του θορύβους του δρόμου και έβαζε κρύο πράγμα που δεν έκανε δυσάρεστο τον ύπνο.

Byliśmy absolutnie zachwyceni pobytem w Ioanna Apartments. Lokalizacja jest idealna – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji, a jednocześnie cicho i spokojnie. Apartament najwyższej jakości: pięknie urządzony, nieskazitelnie czysty i bardzo komfortowy. Doceniliśmy liczne udogodnienia, takie jak pralka, air fryer, czajnik, ekspres do kawy czy grill elektryczny, które sprawiły, że pobyt był jeszcze wygodniejszy. Wszystko przekroczyło nasze oczekiwania – z przyjemnością wrócimy. Gorąco polecamy!

Πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα, καθαρό και άνετο. Πολύ βολικό σημείο στο κέντρο, εύκολος τρόπος να πάρεις το κλειδί. Αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι, πολύ προσεγμένος χώρος, smart tv, ωραίο και καθαρό μπάνιο τουαλέτα.

Τα νερά του ντουζ λίγο βγαίνουν έξω από την καμπίνα. Αν η πόρτα της τουαλέτας μείνει κλειστεί δεν στεγνώνει το μπάνιο και μυρίζει λίγο άσχημα.

Tertemiz, konumu harika, hızlı iletişim kurabildik. Biz kullanmadık ama odada her türlü ihtiyacı karşılayacak eşya vardı. Tost makinesinden kahve makinesine kadar, mutfağı donanımlıydı. Uzun süreli konaklama için de rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir. Sadece ana caddede olduğu için sabahları trafik gürültüsü erken uyanmama sebep oldu. Çevresine birçok ücretli otopark bulunuyor. Şehir meydanına, beyaz kuleye alışveriş merkezlerine yürüme mesafesi.
