Throughout years I used many different accommodations in Thessaloniki and this one was far the best!!!

Super cool design of the interior! Very clean and cozy apartment! Location is also great. Check in simple. No doubt I will try to stay here every time I come back again!

There’s a space on the upper floor of the building where a band plays music and it was a bit more noisy than normal around midnight. I texted the owner and 5 minutes later he warned them and the noise stopped.

Cleaning and location is excellent

Space is small, terrace is not usable. Terrace is situated in an inner back yard of the apartment building, covered from all sides, very hot, no air.

Perfect Stay

The room looked exactly like it does in the pictures — everything was clean, tidy, and felt brand new. The bus stop to the airport was just a 3-minute walk away, which was super convenient. The location is also great, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful — I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Thanks for a great stay! 🥰

Clean and new room

The room is very clean, new and near the city center.

The room 5 has a glass block window that helps light up the apartment during the day. Unfortunately, there is no curtain and during the night, the communal corridor lights flash into the room, whenever guests return or leave their rooms. I woke up 4 or 5 times.

Excellent place to stay

Very nice and clean rooms. Enough space for a family of three (two adults and a three year old). New furniture, nice aesthetic. Very clear instructions from the host on how to get the keys. The staff was very polite. There are a couple of paid parking options nearby. The apartments are very close to the Tsimiski street and the coastline. Excellent and stable internet speed. Would recommend and would there stay again.

A good choice for central Thessaloniki

Very nice apartments near the center of the city. Excellent onboarding by the host, and the rooms are clean and well arranged. If only they were a bit bigger :) Anyway, the apartments are an excellent choice if you are looking for value for money options in Thessaloniki.

Υπέροχο κατάλυμα

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Από την πρώτη εντύπωση μας, όταν μπήκαμε στο χώρο, μέχρι την αναχώρηση μας. Πρώτα απ' όλα η επικοινωνία με τις κ. Βασιλική και Ντόρα, άψογη. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν με early check in και με ο,τι άλλο χρειαστηκαμε. Κρασάκι και κάψουλες καφέ για καλοσωρισμα. Το δωμάτιο... μικρός χώρος μα τόσο λειτουργικός! Πολλοί αποθηκευτικοί χώροι, τακτοποιήσαμε όλα μας τα ρούχα και ο,τι άλλο (δεν ήταν λίγα - μείναμε 11 ημέρες ). Συχνή καθαριότητα, ωραία σεντόνια και πετσέτες, το κρεββάτι και τα μαξιλάρια αναπαυτικοτατα. Ζεστό νερό συνέχεια και δυνατότητα να μαγειρέψεις, να κάνεις καφέ (με μπρίκι ή εσπρέσσο). Πολύ σημαντικό για μας, πέρα από την καθαριότητα, είναι η πολύ καλή κατάσταση όλων των εγκαταστάσεων. Συνολικά ο χώρος δείχνει άριστο γούστο σε συνδιασμό με την πρακτικότητα. Θετικό και το γεγονός ότι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε λεωφορεία και μέτρο. Οι τρεις κωδικοί ασφαλείας πείθουν και τον πιο "δύσκολο" , να επιλέξει το κατάλυμα.

Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι αρνητικό.

Alles is heel netjes en schoon. Prima bed, goede douche, goed uitgeruste keuken met zelfs de mogelijkheid om te koken. Ziet er nieuw uit en is goed over nagedacht. Heel praktisch.

Wij vinden het wat onpersoonlijk. Alles was goed geregeld en de communicatie was prima maar aan het in - en uitschenken komt geen mens te pas. Dat reduceert de mooi verzorgde kamer voor ons tot een enkel zakelijke transactie, dat heeft niet onze voorkeur

Ωραία διαμονή στη Θεσσαλονίκη

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε κεντρικότατο σημείο της πόλης, στα Λαδάδικα, άνετο, πολύ καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές. Φιλοξένησε άνετα οικογένεια 4 ατόμων.

Близко к центру - в пешей доступности, в апартаментах чисто и комфортно. Есть кофемашина капсултная и кофе. Размер апартаментов не впечатляет - компактно, но не тесно Отдельная история «проникновение» в апартамент - это квест-комната ;) введите код, еще один, затем еще и вы у цели… Улица очень узкая, запарковаться не расчитывайте. Стоять там тоже не дадут. В пяти минутах ходьбы Гранд паркинг за ночь 8€ Район в целом так себе: тесно, угрюмо и грязно Но Omikron это не касается - стоит своих денег

Καθαρό, μοντέρνο και στο κέντρο. Πολύ άνετο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Διαθέτει κοινό πλυντήριο και μικρή ιδιωτική κουζίνα. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό και έτοιμο να σε βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Τιμή πολύ καλή για ότι προσφέρει.

Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει μια μικρή κουρτινουλα για ένα μικρό παραθυρο που έχει στο δωμάτιο για να μην ενοχλεί το φως που μπαίνει κάθε φορά που κάποιος ανάβει έξω τα φώτα. Καταταλλα όλα τέλεια! Θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα πάλι.

Her yere yürüme mesafesinde, gördüğüm en temiz otellerden biri. Gönül rahatlığıyla aile ile kalınabilecek bir otel. Güvenlik üst seviyede. Karşılama ve ilgi çok güzeldi. Selanikte kalınabilecek en güzel otellerin arasında gelmeli, kesinlikle tercih edilebilir. Bir daha gelirsem, yine aynı otelde kalırım.

Purtroppo i rumori di altri ospiti e degli altri appartamenti si sentono nitidamente, di sabato dalla strada c'è stata musica oltre le 3 del mattino e purtroppo si sentiva tutto.

Άνετο ,καθαρό και μοντέρνο. Ένας υπερσύγχρονος χώρος . Σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο αλλά απόλυτα ασφαλές. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ επαγγελματίες και πολυ πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν .

Es war wunderbar:)

Also wir Waren für 5 Tage in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer wurde zwischen drin auch noch einmal gereinigt und es gab auch neue Handtücher dazu. Die Stadt war 5 min zu Fuß entfernt es gab direkt neben dran Bäckereien und kleine Geschäfte. Ich kann das mit vollem Herzen empfehlen:)
