Perfect apartment for a trip to Thessaloniki

Great apartment. Comfortable bed and a small kitchen area with a coffee machine. The kitchen utensils were basic, so there wasn’t much chance to cook and a tea towel would’ve been nice. Easy communication and check-in. The entry seems a bit dodgy at first but I’m a solo traveling woman and felt very safe in the area. A well-equipped gym is just around the corner. Great location. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful apartment, very clean, spacious, comfortable & very quiet. The apartment is new & very tastefully done. The bed is very comfortable with wonderful cotton linen.Big bathroom with fantastic shower. Location is the best! I would really recommend this place . Enjoyed it more than a 5 stars hotel.

Great stay in the Heart of Thessaloniki

First the host Nick was super friendly and professional, he made sure to make us feel comfortable, he arranged early check in as our request, he answered all our questions and he was always connected whenever we need help. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to the bus and metro stations. Arriving from the Airport to the apartment was so easy. The furniture and the apartment was modern and it made us feel really comfortable.

very close to the center and the promenade, very close to the bus station that takes you anywhere in the city. very clean. very airy. anything we needed was solved in the shortest possible time. we asked for the linen to be changed and in 1 hour it was clean. wonderful. we will be back

Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut und für einen kurzen Aufenthalt 2-3 Tage auf jeden Fall in Ordnung

Sehr sauber und es ist neu renoviert. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt.

Das Gebäude ist sehr alt dem entsprechend auch der Außenbereich,Aufzug und das Treppenhaus.

Prachtige setting om terug te komen in Thessaloniki.

Het is supermodern ingericht, van in de gang tot in het appartement. Alles was netjes en proper en er is alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken en badkamer! De host heb ik ontmoet in de gang en het is een zeer vriendelijke persoon die je ook dadelijk helpt als je vragen hebt en u ook dadelijk terug antwoord.

Prachtige appartement om terug te komen!

Het appartement oogt van buitenaf niet zo mooi maar binnen op de gang en het appartement is zo mooi en modern gedaan ! De keuken en badkamer zijn van alles voorzien. De sleutel is zeer gemakkelijk te ontvangen in het kluisje aan de deur. Alles was ook netjes uitgelegd ivm warm water . Het appartement is in het centrum gelegen en alles op wandelafstand, zoals de zee, Lakadaki, gezellige terrasjes …. We komen hier zeker terug naartoe…

El apartamento 12D fenomenal para dos personas, pese a que yo viajaba solo Buenas y nuevas instalaciones y todo muy bien, grado superior, la cama, espaciosa y muy limpia, al igual que el resto del apartamento, si he puntuado a todo con el máximo, sinceramente, es porque se lo merece. ..... lo recomiendo

lo único negativo, y de ello no tiene la culpa la compañía del apartamento, el ruido de un bar que hasta altas horas de la madrugada, estuvieron haciendo ruido, ... pero tampoco me perjudicó demasiado el sueño,

Lage war gut. An und Abreise war unkompliziert. Ich wollte als Mutter eines erwachsenen Sohns eigentlich auf der Schlafcouch nächtigen, aber es gabkein Bettzeug. So mustte ich .it ihm im gleichen Bett, das Gott sei Dank groß genug war, schlafen. Wahrscheinlich habe ich das falsch kommuniziert.

Es gab keine Tassen, wir haben Kaffee aus Gläsern getrunken. Zum Essen oder gar Kochen hätte etwad mehr Geschirr gebraucht, aber das brauchten wir nicht. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut.

Σύγχρονο και λειτουργικό δωμάτιο, βολική τοποθεσία

Το διαμέρισμα βρισκόταν σε αρκετά καλή τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά υπήρχε στάση λεωφορείου η οποία βολεύει πολύ για μετακινήσεις στους σταθμούς λεωφορείων και στο αεροδρόμιο. Το κέντρο είναι επίσης προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια. Το διαμέρισμα σύγχρονο, καλά εξοπλισμένο με ωραίο design, καθαρό, με πόρτα ασφαλείας, πολύ λειτουργικό για τις μέρες που μείναμε και πιθανόν και για περισσότερο. Το τσεκ-ιν ήταν εύκολο δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε πρόβλημα. Καλή σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής, θα το ξαναεπισκεπτόμουν.

Από άποψη αισθητικής η γειτονιά δεν είναι και η καλύτερη αλλά δεν νομίζω ότι υπάρχει ζήτημα ασφάλειας. Παρόλο που ο όροφος με τα ενοικιαζόμενα είναι ανακαινισμένος το υπόλοιπο κτήριο είναι πολύ παλιό και σε προδιαθέτει λίγο αρνητικά. Αντιλαμβάνομαι ότι αυτό δεν αλλάζει εύκολα, θα ήταν καλό ωστόσο να επιδιωχθεί έστω ένας εκσυγχρονισμός των ανελκυστήρων. Το διαμέρισμα ως διαμέρισμα πάντως ήταν αναμφισβήτητα καλό και λειτουργικό.

Καθαριότητα, άνετο διαμέρισμα, εξοπλισμός. Εύκολο δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή, πλησίον καταστημάτων, σουπερ μάρκετ. 500m απόσταση από τα Λαδάδικα, 300μ από στάση μετρό, πολύ κοντά σε συγκοινωνία με λεωφορείο. Ήσυχη περιοχή και πολυκατοικία. Καλή επικοινωνία με τους διαχειριστές του δωματίου. Υπάρχει δυνατότητα φύλαξης του αυτοκινήτου σε πάρκινγκ σε κοντινή απόσταση με κόστος περίπου 15€ / 24h.

Τα ασανσέρ της πολυκατοικίας χρήζουν οποσδήποτε συντήρησης και ανακατασκευή. Το check-in είναι αρκετά αργά (15:00), θα μπορούσε να γίνεται νωρίτερα.
