Smiled and helpful staff, good location, there are some things that can be upgraded.

Excellent location, clean and helpful staff

The sink in one of our rooms was clogged, there was a sofa in one of the rooms which was absolutely unusable if someone needed it for sleeping. Also there were tiny holes under one of the windows and we had to put towels to stop the wind blowing in.

Excelent design of the rooms. Rooms were bright. Hosts very kind. Two cofee patrons, kitchen accessories left. 4 bottles of water. Everything very clean and tidy.

Facility-recent renovation, clean, comfortable. Communication major breakdown w/o offer to remedy.

Communication.... After I booked and went to the location, there was no one there to help. Since the property is located in an appt bldg (3rd floor) I couldn't get in. I called -repeatedly - no answer. I am on crutches and had to find somewhere to charge my phone so as to communicate. Walked for 15 minutes - a major/painful inconvenience considering I was also lugging bag. Received a call from a different # and I was advised that everything.is electronic and a message had been sent with details. Unfortunately - and I checked the time - it was sent after I had left. The rep offered no help in getting back to the apt. Another painful experience.

For the money it's worth but I wouldn't stay more than 1 to 2 nights

Everything was fine until some couple entered our apartment while we were resting for disturbing us they were apologizing, it was not up to them most likely they wrote the same message as us with the same room and the door pin... after which we felt uncomfortable and a little unsure.

the location and the design of the room! the politeness of the staff. they brought us baby cot and extended our check out time for couple of hours!

the bed was making enourmous noise and the mattress was so uncomfortable. the building elevator was small and you cannot put inside a baby stroller!

Central location, clean and well maintained

Very good location. Interesting (no-contact), but functional check-in. Clean and modern looking. Netflix subscription was an added bonus, keeping the kids occupied in the morning for "few more extra minutes" of sleep-in :-).

The beds were not too comfortable, but it wasn't such an issue since we stayed over for 1 night only. A note if you are coming by own car: As in all central parts of Thessaloniki, parking can be an issue if you are accommodated at this place. We were lucky to be in the city during the Easter holiday, and we arrived at the place on Saturday evening, so we were able to find parking rather fast and right at the location.

The building didn’t fell very safe cause elevator and lights are not working There is not hot water, just warm but I guess that’s not the owners fault Not easy to find a parking place because it’s usually all busy
