Private Pristine Balcony Home- Heart of the Center

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is remarkably spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable: an easy 10-minute walk to the port, about 400 meters from the airport bus stop (01X), and steps away from the bustling main avenue. The living area is awesome with a large flat - screen TV, the WiFi is lightning fast at 300 Mbps, and having multiple air conditioning units was a lifesaver during 40-degree summer heat. Everything inside worked perfectly, and the building itself is very peaceful with quiet neighbors. We would love to book this place again on our next trip to Thessaloniki.

There was nothing negative about our stay. The only ambient sound was the regular downtown street noise, but the apartment and building neighbors were very quiet.

The apartment is well equipped for a week stay and conveniently located near Ladadika. The shades and air conditioning help to survive hot summer. I can recommend.

Asunto näyttikuvissa paremmalta. Epämukavat sängyt ilman sijauspatjaa, jouset painoivat selkää viikon ajan. Pakastin oli erittäin likainen, samoin lattialla ilmeisesti remonttimiesten pölyä. Asunnossa julkisivu remontti josta ei oltu kerrottu. Remontin ääniä kuului erittäin paljon. Myös liikennemelu erittäin kovaa ja kadun äänet olivat erittäin kovia öisin. Parveke näytti kuvissa mukavammalta, mutta oli lopulta melko ahdas ja parveke pöytä oli rikki asunnossa. Makuuhuoneissa oli outo lasinen ikkuna keskellä, jolloin toisen huoneen valo pääsi toiseen huoneeseen.

The location was good.

The shower was really uncomfortable. Shower curtain is very hard to manage with. Also there is no place to hang the handheld showerheld. So you have to deal with the curtain and the showerheld at the same time. It was kinda frustrating. The windows seperating the two bedrooms are weird, you can see the other bedroom through the half painted windows. It was already seen in the pictures but still worth to mention.
