Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a stylish and comfortable apartment – we would gladly come back.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was modern, very clean, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent and everything was well organized. It felt cozy and luxurious at the same time.

The only downside was that there was no free parking available, but everything else was excellent.

I would never choose that again.

Location

The smell of cigarette smoke hit us the moment we entered the house. Someone had slept in our extra bed before we arrived. When we reported this, no solution was offered. Elevator not working The rooms have been renovated, but the building is very old. We put up with it because we were only staying one night, but I would never choose to stay there again. Even the extinguished cigarette butts were still in the room. We couldn't sleep in the bedroom because of the smell of cigarette smoke.

Don’t be fooled!!!

The property, "Ladadika Luxury Apartment," has absolutely nothing to do with luxury, comfort, or basic safety standards. This was the worst experience my family has ever had with an accommodation. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed the pillow covers were visibly dirty and stained. We called the property management right away to have them changed. This issue, which should have been resolved instantly, was not rectified until the second day of our stay. The main entrance door, which was significantly too short for the frame, leaving a large gap on the lower side. This structural flaw resulted in extremely poor sound insulation. We could clearly hear every action and conversation of the neighboring unit. This noise level made the apartment feel insecure and completely unrelaxing. The constant noise and lack of privacy were so severe that my 10-year-old daughter refused to return to the property at the end of the day because she was genuinely afraid of the nearby neighbors. An accommodation should feel like a safe haven, not a source of anxiety.

Exceptional

Very good location, close to Ladadika area and Thessaloniki port. You can reach both of the locations on foot (5min walk). Parking garage with fair prices where you can leave your car on a 1min walk from apartment. Apartment was clean and comfortable and host was very responsive to messages. Gave us highly detailed instructions for check in and made it very easy for us :). Definitely will choose again!

Dissapointed

Its not what we paid for, we booked apartman and we get a studio. We get a small room/studio and we didn't not have enough space. The sofa, where was our child slept, was broken and we text that to owner, but he doesn't respond. The bathroom was not have washmashine and the space fot bath/dash was so tiny that I was have a problem to go in.

Nice place, nice area, not much parking.

The apartment was luxurious. The bathroom in particular was to a high standard. The location is good, in a cool neighbourhood and a short walk to the waterfront.

Parking: It is advertised as free parking, but they mean on-street parking. The chances of finding on-street parking in Thessaloniki is near zero. There is not really parking here. Hot water: there was no hot water for a shower at 9:00 in the morning. Elevator: the elevator was not working during our visit, and we had to carry all our bags up 4 flights of stairs. I realise this might just be a short term problem.

Below expectations!

The location of the apartment was great, at a walking distance from the center. The apartment was newly refurbished and fairly clean.

The direction to the apartment on booking was wrong - we had great difficulty to find the right building. There was also no free parking in front of the apartment - everything was occupied and we chose this accommodation also because of the free parking option. We announced to be three guests and the owner did not prepare 3 beds for us. We were supposed to look in the closet and find the third bed linen/pillow cover and make up the sofa bed for the third person on our own. Also, there was one bed cover and one sets of towels missing - the owner was not able to provide it on our request, so one of the guests could not take a shower.

The hose is very to city centet. The room was very clean and comfortable. We will choose this place again.

The place lives up to it’s name - luxurious indeed.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. Well equipped. I loved the style of the apartment, modern and simple. There are thick security door with a code. I received highly detailed instructions how to check in and check out including a video description. The renter / lessor would always respond to my messages in a timely manner, quick replies. The accommodation was affordable. The location was great - in the city center, very close to all sights and landmarks, cafes, bars and restaurants.

The location is great, however the streets and alleys of Thessaloniki are unfortunately quite dirty and unkept BUT again, the apartment itself was super clean and tidy and you can get everywhere on foot (from the apartment).

Местоположението е отлично - близо до центъра, на няколко минути пеша. Възможно е да се паркира безплатно на улицата отпред, въпреки че е доста тясно за влизане и излизане с кола. В апартамента има всичко необходимо. Леглото е с удобен матрак. Дограмата на прозорците е хубава и апартаментът се отоплява доста бързо чрез двата климатика. Тихо е и се спи приятно. Дизайнът на осветлението е модерен. В банята има пералня (не сме я ползвали). Интернет има с доста добра скорост.

Има дребни детайли за оправяне, например: - вратата на спалнята не се затваря, бравата е счупена; - седалото на тоалетната е с разхлабено захващане; - има два телевизора в двете помещения, но няма второ дистанционно.

Δεν είχε ασανσέρ και το διαμέρισμα ήταν στον τρίτο συν τον ημιόροφο . Ο καναπές κρεβάτι ήταν άβολος και το μικρό κρεβάτι ακόμα πιο άβολο. Έπεφτε ο γενικός όταν ανάβαμε τον θερμοσίφωνα και όταν ανάβαμε το μάτι της κουζίνας άναβε ταυτόχρονα και το δεύτερο μάτι!!!

Odlicna lokacija, lep i cist apartman. Sadrzaj u apatmanu odlican od opreme u kupatilu i kuhinji do ponude tv kanala

Ovo je vise kao napomena buducim gostima, besplatan parking je na ulici i vrlo je tesko naci mesto ali u precniku od 100 metara imate 5 ili 6 garaza i parkinga (jedan i u samoj zgradi), koji naplacuju 15 € za noc.
